Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

Located just 2 minutes from Provins and 7 minutes from the historic center of the city and its incredible monuments, La Ferme de Lou is the perfect place to spend a few days surrounded by nature and my wonderful animals. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. small cozy apartment of 30 square meters located in a very quiet area which is only a 2-minute walk from the Camille Claudel Museum and less than 10 minutes from the SNCF train station. you will have the opportunity to visit the city of Provins, a medieval city recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, which is only a 15-minute drive away. You are right in the city center, close to great restaurants.

Elegant, central and trendy, the apartment is completely refurbished. You will benefit from the modernity linked to the refinement of the premises. In the heart of the city center, at the foot of the medieval city and its main tourist sites, you can visit everything on foot, enjoy the restaurants and shops located at the foot of the building. You can park your vehicle in a free parking lot located 100 meters from the accommodation.

Studio in City Center

The studio is located in our small 150 m2 garden. It has its own terrace which ensures a calm and quiet atmosphere. The geographical location is ideal for discovering the Camille Claudel Museum, but also for working at the CNPE. A very quiet little Cavalier King Charles Spaniel lives in our house. The space is equipped with a 140 x 190 cm high bed. 100 m away, you can park in the parking lot of the church.

Accommodation with balcony and amazing view of the whole city. The cottage is located in a lovely garden and has both a balcony and a large terrace. It is located in the middle of the old city with varied restaurants at the end of the street. There is a very comfortable double bed, bathroom, toilet, TV, Nespresso machine, storage and work areas, etc. A kitchen is available. Public parking nearby.

Cozy and warm house, located in the center of the village. On the ground floor: a dining room, a fitted kitchen and a living room with a fireplace, perfect for evenings by the fire. Upstairs, a bathroom, two large spacious bedrooms, one with a double bed and 2 single beds, the other with 1 double bed. Outside, a terrace and a garden for you to relax in, not overlooked.

Extension – Cozy home

Our house has all the modern amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. The interior is spacious and nicely decorated. The living room is the perfect place to relax with a book or watch a movie on the flat-screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals, including an induction stove, oven, microwave and fridge/freezer.

In the heart of the Champagne region, you are warmly welcomed in an authentic, well-maintained 250-year-old house. During your visit, you can relax in the large garden, swim in the Seine 100 meters away, fish or canoe and make a fire or barbecue in the evening. You can walk between the champagne vines, cycle or take a day trip to Troyes, Provins and Paris.
