Welcome to live next door to moose and deer. In this little cozy house, you live on your own plot at the top of Frejs Backe. The plot has a large balcony around three sides of the house, with sun for breakfast, lunch and dinner. At the house there is a large lawn suitable for play and games. The surroundings consist of meadows and beautiful forest. 200 meters to the swimming jetty and 800 meters to the cliffs and beach in the evening sun. The kitchen has a stove, oven, fridge & freezer and microwave. One bedroom has a bunk bed and in the living room there is a wood-burning stove.

"Standards corner" - magical tiny home by the water

Are you an author and want to lock yourself in an archipelago bubble? Now you've finished looking. This magical mini cottage fulfills the dream of living in the middle of the archipelago, and literally a stone's throw from the water. In the approximately 12 sqm, there is a fully equipped kitchenette with sink, refrigerator, hot water and dining area for two. In the bedroom, there is a single bed that can be pulled out to 160 cm. A modern shower room is in the barn and is shared with the other guest house. Each guest house has its own dry toilet.

There are three separate bedrooms and with open plan between kitchen and living room for nice socializing around the fireplace. A home in a fantastic location by the sea only 10 meters from the water. With a view over the Stockholm inlet you will see boats and ships pass outside the house that has a terrace towards the sea. The cottage is only 12 km from the center of Stockholm and is secluded from the main building where we ourselves live. Nature reserves for walks and running are a stone's throw from the cottage. The wood-fired hot tub that is on our dock can be rented for an evening. Currently under repair. Available from May 20.

The house has 4 beds: a bedroom with double bed and a bedroom with bunk bed. There is a house in garden with 2 beds possible to use in summertime. Fully equipped kitchen with dining area for 6 people and a small bathroom with toilet, basin and shower. Livingroom with fireplace and sea view. Terrace with a table for 6 people, and a barbecue. Sit back and relax in this quiet, cozy home. Just three minutes away is the beach and sea. Stroll around the village and possibly stop at the local bakery. The house has everything you need to stay in it all year round. You can park next to the house. You can also take a direct bus from Slussen that takes about 50 minutes. Sea and forest adventure - neighbor to nature reserve

Hitta lugnet och möt äventyret i detta nybyggda trähus ca 1,5 timmar från Stockholm City. Huset andas kärlek till naturen och ligger på en lugn ö i Stockholms skärgård som mestadels består av naturreservat. Här finns inga bilar eller oljud utan bara vilda bär och vilda djur. Nära till havet, den egna bryggan (se bild) ligger ca 100 meter från huset. Tillgång till vedugn, vedeldad bastu, grill, drejskiva, pysselverkstad, 2 Havskajaker (K1) och 4st Cyklar (Allt ingår i hyran).

Cottage 15 m from the sea in a beautiful area

The cottage has one room with two beds and a kitchen with running cold water. The kitchen is fully equipped. You have a private patio with a barbecue area. You have to bring your own charcoal . Bedsheets an towels are included. The cottage is secluded in a quiet and protected bay. You get here by car/bus to Stavsnäs, and then by the ferry towards Sandhamn. It takes about 15 min to walk to the cottage. The terrain is a bit hilly so not suitable for stroller/roller bags.

Alla bekvämligheter som diskmaskin, tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Kök, 3 sovrum (en dubbelsäng, två singelsängar samt två extrasäng vid behov) , 2 badrum med WC, en dusch.

Nice house in Stavsnäs close to the sea. The house and the village Stavsnäs is located 50 minutes travel from Stockholms city by bus or car. Parking for free for one car. 100 m to bakery and café. 150 m to beach. 500 m to well stocked grocery store. Restaurant in the harbor 2 km nice walking or by car. From the harbor you can go by boat and ferries to several places in the archipelago as for example popular Sandhamn, Möja and Runmarö.
