Awesome place to stay in the autumn season 🍂 typical house of the Loire et Cher region, picturesque architecture from hundred years and stylish decoration made by Savina. We stayed only 2 nights but could have easily been more. Savina is a top-host! Making you at ease in her house and providing local tips on the region’s wonders to discover all around her residence! If you stay there, say hi to Hercule the dog in a cat body!!

The location feels like a dream come true, reminiscent of a castle in a forest equipped with all the modern comforts. Ellen and Paul are wonderful hosts—friendly, communicative, and eager to help. I can only share positive reflections about our stay; the natural beauty surrounding the castle is breathtaking. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a memorable experience.

Nathalie is very welcoming and responsive. Helpful and strong proposal on possible activities in the area. The accommodation "Catherine de Médicis" is very pleasant and well arranged for a family, with books and children's games. You can also request the table d 'hôte service for dinner (check directly with Nathalie) My family and I had a pleasant stay I would recommend it without hesitating

We arrived late and a bit tired, Pierrette met us at the front door and we were shown to our room. The bedroom and facilities were lovely, comfy and clean, we slept like logs. The grounds were extensive, a lake too, breakfast was great, with bread, croissant, all fresh. Merci Pierrette

Chantal’s place is totally magical. In the heart of nature. We identified 25 different types of birds, some rare. It’s beautiful, peaceful, and really restorative. Chantal is extremely warm welcoming and friendly, and really went the extra mile to make us comfortable. Everything was very clean, and the breakfast really stoked us up! I have to avoid gluten and Chantal cooked a special breakfast for me. A very special place. Highly recommended!

Franck and Christine were excellent hosts. They provided a great local dinner recommendation and a delicious and hearty breakfast. They were friendly, great to chat with over breakfast, and responsive to our calls. When we left something at the Airbnb, they called us right away before we got too far. The space is perfect to host 3 people: two single beds in one room, a double bed in the next room, and a little sitting room with chairs for 2 people. Lots of local recommendations and charm. Super close to Chateau de Chambord, only 12 minute drive for us. We would absolutely like to see them and stay in their beautiful home again!

Some encounters leave a lasting impression. Gaëlle, Laurent, their son Gaspard (as well as their two dogs🐶) will undeniably be among them. Their warm welcome, kindness and benevolence touched us deeply. In addition, the accommodation was clean, the environment peaceful, and the meal (with homemade or local products) simply delicious. When we arrived at Rémi and Laurent's place, we were immediately amazed by this splendid home with its white facade, columns and bow window. Downstairs, a pool with reflections of the water shimmering under the spring sun. Inside, a decoration mixing the charm of the old and the modern. Breakfast is pantagruelic and Laurent's pancakes a delight! If we were charmed by the villa, we were literally conquered by our hosts. Their smile,their communicative joy and their kindness made our stay a most jovial and friendly break in our daily lives. Ideally located for visiting castles, close to the village,the place remains conducive to relaxation and why not romance. The services are of great qualities like bedding, linen and dinners offered homemade. We will not forget the convivial evenings on the terrace. Thanks both of you and see you soon!!
