The outside patio also features an outdoor kitchen, that brings a lot of family fun. The oversized lot is perfect for family outdoor fun, soccer games and other activities. Beaches are only 15 minutes away, and downtown area is less than 20. A lot of shopping and restaurants nearby the house. House is in close proximity to highway, so there might be some noise.
