Our house has 3 fully air-conditioned 4* apartments, a pool and a large garden area that everyone can use, all renovated in 2017. It is a 7-minute walk to the sea, a 10-minute walk to the village of Ika and a 15-minute walk to the city center of Lovran. Two supermarkets are within walking distance. The next major city, Opatija, can be reached via Franz-Josef-Weg along the sea in 6 km or in 10 minutes by car/bus. Each apartment has a secure parking space in the courtyard.

The apartment is 70 km from Lignano Sabbiadoro - Grado -Bibione for the summer .. 40 km from the starred city of Palmanova and towards the border of Slovenia is Cividale del Friuli known for the Longobardi. Closer to 9 km are Gemona del Friuli and Venzone. For the winter, the ski areas are Zoncolan 35 km away , Tarvisio 45 km and Nassfeld

Our bedrooms are comfy and each with aircondiciton and TV and I’sure You will enjoy Your sleeping and resting even more! :) You have full equipped kitchen! My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).
