Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Virgin River

Jeremy’s place was very close to Zion, clean, and budget friendly. He promptly replied messages. We had a comfortable stay. The one downside is that the air con/ heater was very loud at times.

We loved our stay at Isaac's!! Just close enough to the strip that we went daily but could sit outside and enjoy the peace and quiet at his house when we wanted to. It's about 15 minutes to Caesar's Palace parking garage. Couldn't get better value!

Great place to stay for your Zion adventures! Bailey's place was exactly what we needed after a day of hiking.

Andi’s home is beautiful. The pictures are right on point. Very well stocked with kitchen and bathroom supplies. Great neighborhood and close to shopping and the Strip. Kitchen - just beautiful!!!! Beds comfy and furniture -nice! The backyard and balcony’s were awesome. Sitting out there at night was wonderful. Andi is very responsive and even allows us to check in early. Which we appreciated coming from the East Coast to the West Coast. We will definitely be back when we make the next trip to Vegas and California. Very good price for a wonderful stay. Thank you for opening your home to us!

We had a super comfortable stay at Star’s place! Love that she’s thought of everything possible for her guests, even to blackout shades for the windows over the bed. You couldn’t ask for a better host or location.

We loved our stay at Debbi's place! We were there for spring break and found the condo nicely decorated (which I enjoy), clean, and with a large pool, jacuzzi and game room that made it fun for the teens that were with me. It was about 15 minutes from Snow Canyon and downtown St. George which was convenient for us to do hiking and shopping, seeing the St. George temple and visiting a couple of art galleries. The condo was very peaceful, and I loved soaking in the master bath tub, which I rarely do at home. Reading Debbi's info I had thought the condo was in St. George itself, but it is just 15 minutes away. That wasn't a big deal, but FYI. I will definitely stay there again! Highly recommend.

DJ was very flexible and accommodating. We had a little issue turning the hot tub on due to a brand new system, but he immediately sent someone to check on us and help out. We had a great stay.

Our party of 6 and our furry friend very much enjoyed our stay. Home was very clean and as described. Well stocked kitchen with everything you need! Upon arrival check in was very easy and smooth. Adelmo was quick to respond to my questions both before and after booking. The pool being heated was a great bonus as the weather wasn't quite "hot" enough to enjoy a pool without it being heated . Hot tub was nice and very nice yard. Added bonus was no pet fee and no fee for heating the pool! Close to the strip, but far enough away in a very quiet and relaxed neighborhood. This was a phenomenal place to stay and Kelly was a wonderful host! The house looked exactly as pictured and described. It was perfectly clean and was fresh and ready for us when we arrived. All of the listed amenities were there and we felt right at home. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed for making our food, and Kelly was communicative throughout our stay, ensuring we were comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, was near plenty of grocery stores and restaurants, and within a great distance to the strip to regularly visit each day of our stay. We honestly can’t say enough positive things about Kelly and her place and would love to stay here again in the future!

Ari is and incredible host from the day i booked the house until we left he was amazing. The House was beautiful felt very homey, plus the pool and hot tub just made it a perfect stay. We were there for work, and had long hours in the house during the day and everyone had a place to work and relax. Thank Ari for a beautiful home and a great location.

The property was very spacious and close to the strip, airport, and shopping centers. The field was not fully shown in the pictures, but it was an awesome surprise because it was big enough for us to play baseball. Our group loved the Airbnb and wouldn't mind coming back if we were to visit Vegas again. Joseph is a fantastic host. Very accommodating and responsive. 100% would recommend to others.

A great place to stay off strip, comfortable home with a nice and private backyard. We stayed here for 4 nights and picked this home because it didn't have cameras in the backyard like some other listings did. The heated pool was nice but wish we didn't have to pay for the entire duration because we only used it once. Just keep in mind that you will need a car because an Uber ride to the convention center is >20 mins away and >$50 during rush hour. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, the host was friendly and responsive, and it was better than being in a hotel that didn't have a kitchen and private backyard.

Ron & Patricia where great hosts with great communication...All rooms where clean, the kitchen was very well appointed, the layout of the home was fantastic and spacious with the bedrooms located separate from main living area, great laundry...all electronics worked, pool table was great! on the outside...hot tub was clean and hot, the pool is a great size though a bit chilly " vegas pool water this time of year", the patio area was well appointed, we utilized the grill, fire pit, the loungers, beautiful trees...be prepared to maintain the patio area for tree debris as it's windy at times in vegas. Neighborhood very quiet except for little dog next door who would bark at times... We really loved the Home!

We stayed here for three nights as a group of friends (three couples) in town for WrestleMania, and it was a great base for our trip. The house is spacious, and the pool and hot tub were a huge bonus. The location was quiet and convenient—close enough to the action but away from the chaos of the Strip. The host was easy to communicate with and quick to respond when we had questions, including when the pool heater needed attention. One heads-up: there are quite a few pigeons around the pool area and porch, including a nest. They didn’t bother us, but if you're not a fan of birds or are sensitive to things like bird droppings, it might be something to consider. Also, the kitchen could use a bit more variety in pots and pans—some were dirty on arrival. Overall, it was a solid 4.5-star stay, and I’d definitely recommend it to others looking for a quieter spot in Vegas with great outdoor amenities.

This apartment is in a quiet neighborhood and is surprisingly spacious. It's attached to the main home but has a separate entrance, private bathroom, full kitchen, and all the living necessities. The bedroom even had a door that separates it from the kitchen! The instructions were so clear and included photos. The hosts were friendly and responsive. On a weekend when The Strip was overpriced and overcrowded, this apartment was a lucky break for us. The 20 to 25 minute drive to The Strip depending on traffic was not a problem. We would do it again!

About the host: Red Rock Rentals is absolutely the most outstanding host I’ve ever had the pleasure of interacting with. Their professionalism and responsiveness was remarkable. We had originally booked accommodations with another rental company that were HORRIBLE and the stark difference in quality and care was immediately noticeable. We loved our stay so much we went home and booked another stay immediately. I truly could not recommend them enough. I have only stayed at this property but plan to stay a many more of the properties they manage in the future (to include this one again). About the home: This house is absolutely beautiful, clean, and well stocked. Everything we needed to cook (appliances/tools/etc) were available and the home truly could comfortably accommodate the number of guests they advertise. (I hate when a house dates they can host 16 guests but only have kitchen seating for 6). I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a 10/10 vacation.

We had a wonderful time! Peaceful and quiet. It was perfect for our little yorkies they played safely in the partially fenced yard. Sheila was a beautiful sweet hostess we enjoyed listening to her interesting stories about the tiny telephone house. We will definitely be back to visit again. Thomas place is has an efficient layout with everything we needed. All appliances worked and the heater kept us plenty warm even in the snow. Thomas took the time to label how everything worked. I enjoyed watching the deer come down from the mountain each night. The best grocery store in the area is just down the street as well as the best gas prices. You can see the Bryce Canyon mountains from the front door.

The apartment is lovely, very quiet and clean. Its in a nice, quiet neighborhood we could walk in the evening and has a great view of the cliffs. The host contacted me with check in and check out information well in advance.

Wonderful location in newer golf community. Close to pool/pickleball. Spacious and clean, loved the balcony! Would stay again.
