Waterfront vacation rentals in Virgin River

Cute, cozy little one bedroom condo. Perfect for 2-4 people. You can literally put your skis on right in front of the front window and ski down to the lift. Carrying enough speed off the slope, you can ski right up to the stairs. Really cool stuff. Full kitchen with basically everything you’d need. Free parking. 100% want to stay here again next season.

Very nice and cozy place. Quiet and peaceful. Everything was as described in the listing. A bonus would be an 11.00 am check out for no additional fee.

This stay in Virgin, Utah was absolutely unforgettable! The home was full of charm and thoughtful touches that made us feel instantly welcome! From the cozy bathrobes to the warm letter from our host with tips on the best local hiking trails and amazing spots to eat. The peaceful atmosphere offered exactly the kind of recharge we needed, and the setting was straight out of a dream. Waking up to the mountains right in the backyard, with direct access to nature just steps from the house, was nothing short of magical. Thank you for being one of the best hosts we've ever had! Your attention to detail and warmth truly made this experience special!

Very nice place just minutes from Capital Reef. Comfortable and clean space.

Mark’s place was great. Right on the Sevier river and I caught a 17” trout out the back door. Easy access to Bryce and Zion. The inside was very nice and comfortable. It had everything we needed. I would stay here again and hope to make it back someday.

Steve and Deb were incredibly helpful and responsive. They were respectful of our “space” but right there if we needed anything. Their dog is the sweetest! The location is quiet with beautiful views. The drive to Zion was easy and scenic. The description of their place was exactly as it is. We had a fantastic time and thank Steve and Deb for sharing their space with us!

We absolutely loved our stay! The home was so comfortable and clean. So many extra touches and amenities that made this stay extra special. Kids enjoyed the waffle bar each morning! Plenty of towels for everyone- both for the hot tub and bath/shower. We would stay here again and recommend to anyone visiting Page! Very close to antelope canyon and horseshoe bend.

Beautiful home very convenient to Capitol Reef. The home was immaculate. April, the local contact addressed all of our queries in very quick order. This would be a particularly good family home because two of the bedrooms have bunks and twin beds.

We loved our stay at Scotie's place in St. George. The home is unique in design and authentic with adobe construction. We cook for ourselves and the kitchen was the best equipped of any AirBnB we've stayed at. Scotie was easy to communicate with and responsive. If we come back to this region we will definitely try to reserve this hideaway again!

This Hurricane property is the perfect launching point for Zion activities. Even getting to the East Zion experiences are a piece of cake. The home is expansive and eloquent. Nice kitchen, outdoor grill, and of course, Pool/Hot tub. While there were only 3 of us, the home would easily accommodate many, many more with ample space to lounge. I loved the home speaker system to bump our favorite tunes or catch the NFL draft in our case. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home.

We had a great stay here! The house was exactly as shown in the pictures. Comfy beds, clean rooms, spacious common areas, and quiet neighborhood. The pool and ping pong table in the backyard are very nice for relaxing and hanging out at home. The place is an easy 10-15 min/$10-15 Uber or Lyft most places, including the main Strip. We would definitely stay here again.

In this crowded market of properties everyone seems to want to out do each and for us that are renters we are the beneficiaries of some really cool things the owners are doing for us! I say that to say this.. for me it’s the little barely seen touch that sent me over the roof. What is it you ask? It was extremely hot for checkin and upon entering the home, yes it had AC and it was on but when opening the fridge there was a Brita Water container that was full of THE COLDEST WATER EVER!!! Well done Stephanie, life just improved 2000% That’s it…. Simplicity at its finest!

Really nice room with an amazing view. It was a last minute booking and it did not disappoint. Will be staying again when in Vegas.

Just left Phoebe’s condo after a two night stay and it was awesome! Our family of 4 came up to Brian Head for the sole purpose of skiing and the location was right next to Giant Steps (not technically ski in / ski out but you could walk down in your gear, we chose to just do the 2 minute drive over to the parking lot because the walk would have been a lot for our kids in their ski boots and carrying their poles and skis). Phoebe’s place was clean and had everything we needed and her check in and check out instructions were very clear. You can tell this is an older building but she has done a great job with updates and decor. I highly recommend this place!

We had a wonderful week at this Airbnb. the place was very comfortable. the balcony and view were great. The beds were to die for. My sister and I came to Vegas to visit our elderly aunt and it was the perfect place. had a great time walking through the community each day. The Seasons grocery was wonderful and not as pricey as I expected. We loved the whole community. Highly recommended.

Definitely would stay here again. Went for snowboarding trip but might consider this place for a summer trip too!

This was a really fantastic stay. The condo is very close to the lagoon and pickleball courts, where we spent most of our time. My only complaint is the 4 pm check in didn't really give us much time on the day of arrival to enjoy the amenities, but I knew that going in so nothing against the hosts. Just something to be aware of.

Overall stay was fantastic. Great location and nice balcony view. Clean and great vibe within the space. Quiet and close to everything you need in lake Las Vegas. Thank you very much for the hospitality.

Great place to stay in Brianhead, right near giant steps and within walking distance to lift to backside of Navajo. Peaceful and quiet, very clean and cozy. Sarah was super responsive. Would totally stay there again
