Vacation rentals with breakfast in Viterbo

I spent New Year's Eve in the apartment with my group of friends. The house turned out to be a great choice, cleanliness and accuracy in every detail. In addition, the kindness of the owners and their availability were the two elements that deservedly add the praise to our stay. Don't forget the rich breakfast Raffaella prepared for us when Raffaella woke up! Thank you so much for everything!

We do not have the words to describe our stay here as it was truly special. I wish we had more time and if we are able to return one day we will definitely stay at Anna’s again. Anna went over and beyond to make our stay extra special. She had a variety of local goodies and goodies she made for us. She made us reservations at a nearby restaurant the first evening which was great good and a great experience. She arranged a tour of the local museum which was an amazing experience. She came with us and used her translator on her phone as we unfortunately do not speak Italian. Civitella d’Agliano is a special place and the people are wonderful. Thank you Anna for sharing your piece of heaven on earth with us!

A really great place! The apartment is spacious, fully equipped and with a private entrance, which guarantees full freedom and privacy. Everything is exactly as in the photos – maybe even better! The owner, Francesco, is very kind, helpful and very communicative – it was a real pleasure to get away with him. A great plus are also the Italian breakfasts included in the price, served in a very cozy and authentic typical bar. Highly recommended!

Very good location to visit medieval villages, access Lake Bolsena, thermal baths and the center of Viterbo is 5 min away by car. It is also convenient to go to Rome and to Ostia Antica. The accommodation is very pleasant, spacious, very clean, air-conditioned and the private terrace is well exposed and of good size. We particularly appreciated the attention of our host who wears delicious homemade pastries every morning. Also, when we arrived the fridge had been filled with drinks and we received a warm welcome. We highly recommend, very pleasant experience!

This was the cutest apartment with a stunning & large outdoor patio. Patrizja left us coffee, milk, tea, sugar & pastries so that we were able to sit outside & enjoy our coffee on her stunning patio when we woke up. My only complaint was the smell of potpourri was overwhelming. Such a cute town & great apartment- we highly recommend.

Well-structured apartment with a romantic touch, which therefore accentuates this aspect even for a very short stay, as was the case for me. The Host Roberta, very attentive to details and to meet every need that arises Very quiet environment, just outside the historic center of the village, allows parking easily in front of the front door of the house… Good starting point also to visit the Tuscia area, interesting in many ways…

Absolutely beautiful land and garden! Dreamy rolling hills and a beautiful Italian porch to look out from and sit. Rooms are comfortable and sufficient.

Perfect for families. There’s a childrens shallow pool, a normal pool (with bar next to it). Large beautiful gardens. Great playground and bbq area. The house also has a little private garden. A great set up. Even better than the photos and info. High recommend.

Very pleasant stay a few steps from Rome, apartment in a very central area and served by all the public transport that connects the area to the capital. Underhouse bus stop and train station within a 5-minute walk. The house is kept very well, it is in the center but surrounded by tranquility. Equipped with all comforts, maximum cleanliness and comfort. Perfectly functioning appliances, the furniture is new and the linens are always very fresh. Large and comfortable bed, the living room kitchen is spacious and bright and overlooks a large terrace where you can enjoy moments of true relaxation. Parking is always available under the house. What about the host? Kind and caring person, always available and attentive to every need. I highly recommend staying at Ornella's house, you will live a wonderful vacation a few minutes from Rome and a stone's throw from the beautiful town of Tivoli, a place, also full of history and beauty to visit. I'll be back

The stay was just perfect! The location is magical: Civita di Bagnoregio seems suspended in time, and the apartment was exactly up to this dream setting. Beautiful, with attention to detail, very clean and with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Every corner of the house seemed to tell a story, and it was a pleasure to live it even for just one night, passing through the "Walk of Larth". Monica was very kind and helpful. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to have an unforgettable experience. I'll definitely be back!

We were warmly welcomed at Elena's. Her house is located in the middle of nature and she lives surrounded by friendly animals. The proposed apartment is located above hers. It is fully equipped and clean. The environment is quiet and conducive to rest. Elena had generously left us food as well as basic kitchen essentials. I recommend this place if you are passing through.

What a beautiful home full of history and culture in the heart of Terni. We stayed in most nights to explore the many incredible books in Serena’s collection but the town is very walkable from the apartment and there are restaurants and groceries moments away. I hope to stay with Serena, who is such a welcoming and kind host, again soon.

Very cool old house with awesome views into the valley. The stones the house is build out of looked super cool and gave a real medieval feeling.

Structure located 400 meters from the cathedral of Orvieto. Beautiful house with a window overlooking the greenery of the valleys. Impeccably kept by the lady. Great breakfast, spacious and varied for every need. Unforgettable

The place is great, with a very good breakfast. The room is big and the bathroom very clean. Only downside, the mattress was too soft for us. Herma is very kind, had a great conversation with her. If we are in the area again, we will definitely come back to her.
