the stay was amazing, the view is wonderful, when we arrived the apartment was extremely clean and smelling with a little ticket at the entrance, the internet is not very strong but it is great for phone calls and the like. The weekend beach is very busy but nothing that gets in the way, the hosts are lovers. I made this trip to celebrate my birthday and it was the best lodging I've ever had in my entire life. It was the realization of a dream, I am very grateful.

We stayed in a group of 15 people in the house and met our expectations. Privacy district to make a barbecue and fraternize after the beach, close to everything we need (supermarket, farm fair, pharmacy, beverage distributor), in addition to a busy area with toys. As we were with children, the backyard, elastic bed and toys that they already have in the house was extremely valid. We love the stay and we only have compliments to hosts, who have always been kind, proactive, and available. Photos depict the location exactly. Only compliments and sure we'll be back soon!

My boyfriend and I were looking for a nice and cozy place to spend the weekend and another piece of the holiday on Monday. We found the place of Miriam and Marcos and immediately we were delighted. Everything in the photos corresponds to the reality of the house, which made us very pleased. Everything was spotless and tidy. The bathroom was very clean, with bath towels and soap available for use. As for the location, we had no problem with car apps or even to use public transportation. The Ibes terminal is very close by, about 10 minutes walking. And app runs aren't that expensive. In fact, the neighborhood scares a little who is not used to the reality of Vitória/Vila Velha, but for those who are walking or just for rest, this ends up being the least, because the interior of the house is wonderful and the city is very inviting. We loved it and would be back for sure. The two of them welcomed us very well!

look , the place is beautiful, Mary's house is very beautiful too , spacious ,cozy,clean , in each corner you feel a little of her family's experience in place, I loved the decoration, the photos, the furniture ... I've stayed with these hosts before, and as always, everything flowed super well. The communication is easy, they are attentive and the check-in/out is autonomous, which speeds up a lot. The house is well organized, cozy, equipped and air-conditioned in all the rooms (plus point). A point of attention: The neighborhood is known as “favelinha do Ibes” and is reputed to be dangerous. During the day it is quieter, but avoid arriving late at night. Township Improvement Suggestions: put blackout curtain on the bedrooms (even the light on the pole hinders those with light sensitivity) and the double bed mattress is uncomfortable. By contrast, single beds and auxiliaries are super comfortable! Overall, it was a good stay.

My stay at Kenia's apartment was simply impeccable! The property has the best features and is exactly as shown in the photos – or even better. The flat was extremely clean and cozy, with all the necessary utensils for a comfortable stay. The sheets and towels were super clean and smelling, which made all the difference. For those who have a allergy to dust or rhinitis, you can rest easy! I am extremely allergic and did not have any reaction during my stay. In addition, the apartment is well airy and offers a surreal view of beautiful! The condominium also has several incredible amenities, such as swimming pool, sauna and gym, which make the experience even better. The staff are very cordial and friendly, always helpful. Another great differential is the location, which is close to several commercial points, bringing even more practicality for everyday life. I just have to thank you for the wonderful experience!

Perfect location for those who don't want a monotonous vacation. You can walk to the mall and the way to the beach. There are a lot of leisure options at night. Smelly, clean apartment with screens on the windows preventing flies and mosquitoes. We loved it!!!
