We had a great stay! Really nice place to stay with everything you need. On the terrace you can have a great breakfast in the sun, the kitchen is great for cooking and the living room cozy. Also the location is very central and everything is within walking distance. Dirk gives clear instructions and is very helpful. We will be happy to come back!

A lovely room! On the outskirts of the forest and walking distance to the beach. Heerliik is quietly located . The room is spacious with nice ambient lighting. There's a table with lovely chairs. We slept well and enjoyed the delicious breakfast. Highly recommended!

A wonderful place with lots of privacy, equipped with every comfort and it had a very nice atmosphere, every time we returned to the cottage. It was really a home for us for a week. We greatly enjoyed the location close to the beach. You can park your car well and you can drive your bikes into the garden in no time. Safe for children and tranquility for adults. I stayed at the property for two weeks and had a nice time on Texel. The bungalow is located on the outskirts of a small village from where you can explore the island wonderfully – on foot and by car. Everything necessary is available in the bungalow, my dog and I felt very comfortable. The garden is very nice, with a fence it would be perfect with dog. :) The wifi was also great for working.

It was a very nice cottage and so perfectly located. The owner acted very kindly when there were misunderstandings with payments. And also during the stay she was very available and helpful. Highly recommended. Nice bed, nice fenced garden for the dog, cozily furnished.

Together with 4 friends had a very cozy and good time! Cottage was great! All space with the 5th and a fantastic garden!

We immediately felt comfortable in the chalet. It is very high quality and tastefully furnished. There were no carpets, which we very much welcomed with dog. You have 3 outdoor seating options depending on the sun. You can reach the beach in 10 minutes and in October the dog can also come to the beach. It was lovely to watch the kite surfers and there are several ways to eat out. Makkum is a delightful village. We liked it and would be happy to come back.

We had a lovely and quiet few days in the house. Eugen responded quickly and kindly to all our inquiries and took care of. We were completely satisfied and would be happy to come back!

Exactly as described in the listing, relaxed, no fuss, lots of books, DVDs, great kitchenette, cozy, cozy, nice vibe, too bad it will be broken down in the near future. A nice atmosphere is lost.

A very nice authentic house, so you feel at home quickly. Cozy with an eye for detail. Spacious terrace that we have used a lot due to the beautiful weather. Contact with the owner was good and they responded quickly and clearly. Definitely come back to this house again. Regards, Erwin

Love staying in Formerum. Close to the beach, the supermarket, the bike rental, good restaurants and the famous coffee mill. The bungalows are comfortable and private. I had once again a great holiday.

Bart is extremely welcoming and accommodating. The accommodation is clean, spacious, bright and in a beautiful environment. Peace assured. Good play space outside for the children. The accommodation is 15 minutes' walk from the pier. Note that if you did not come by car, you will absolutely need to rent bikes. The nearest village is a ten-minute bike ride or a forty-minute walk. Nearest beach twenty minutes by bike (without electric assistance). If you need black to sleep and you like late mornings, remember to equip yourself with wolves because the curtains of the bedrooms are very thin.

Together with my husband and 2 cocker spaniels had a wonderful weekend. The cottage has everything you need and the service is top! There is a very quick response in a very friendly way. The fence is perfect for doggies, no worries if they slip outside. You are close to the beautiful Slufter and the Cocksdorp for any groceries. In November you often no longer sit outside, but the garden is spacious enough for it, views beautiful rural. The kitchen was great, enough items to cook if necessary. Both a Nespresso and a Senseo machine are available, there were tea bags and coffee pods, dish soap, dishwasher block, pepper and salt,in short, great! We'd love to come back
