Our beautiful, bright 95 sqm apartment on a dream property, right on the city border of Lüneburg, offers good amenities, a large bathroom with shower, tub and washing machine as well as a fully equipped kitchen. Wi-Fi, two car parking spaces on the property A cozy living room with dining table, fireplace, TV (including Netflix), Bluetooth box and games are available. Three bedrooms with comfortable, high double beds (two 180 x 200; one 140 x 200) invite you to dream.

One-like half-timbered skate on the ground floor

The unique half-timbered barn is a 450-year-old half-timbered barn that has been converted for residential purposes. The roof chair and the reed cover had to be renewed. Since sheep stables have the property of having a low ceiling height, the small cottage had to be jacked up 1m. An estimated 400 new wooden nails were handmade to preserve the half-timbered structure's ancient appearance. The old sheep stable floor was also used in the outer underlay and as an outer cladding.

Cozy little cottage (Ernst-Braune-Straße) on our property in a residential area with children (ages 1, 8, 10) on the neighbouring property. A house is being renovated. The cottage is suitable for 1 to 2 people (possibly 3 people, but only upon prior request). The 1-room basement apartment (45 sqm) is located in a detached house on a cul-de-sac in Ochtmissen. You can reach the city centre by car in just 10 minutes. Bus line 5005 departs almost right from the doorstep. You can reach the apartment via a separate entrance. The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen, a washlet toilet, a living room/bedroom, a washing machine, towels, bed linen, a TV and Wi-Fi. Infants are not permitted due to safety conditions.

Top centrally located in the pedestrian zone. Perfect for 4-6 guests, it offers 2 beds (140 x 200 cm / 160 x 140 cm) and a sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen with stove, refrigerator, coffee machine and private bathroom. Restaurants, cafes and attractions are very close. Apartment N° 11 on the 4th floor (elevator) with fast Wi-Fi and Magenta TV and the practical washing machine in the house provide amenities at a high standard.

The approx. 160 sqm apartment is located in a quiet, centrally located residential area; a 15-minute walk from the city center. Free parking and a bus stop are right outside the front door. It is my own apartment, which I rent out during my vacation. I am happy if my house and the beautiful garden are used during my absence and I am happy to make them available with confidence in appropriate behavior. Parties are not allowed.

Our apartment has a spacious living room with an open kitchen, a bedroom and a shower room, as well as a terrace with a loggia and flower garden. The apartment has a parking space and a shared bicycle room. The apartment is suitable for two to max. three people - for three people, the sofa bed in the living room can be used as a sleeping facility. Baby bed on request. Unfortunately no pets are permitted.

Lüneburg and Hamburg are close and can be reached quickly both by train and by car. The apartment is on the second floor with an amazing view of our beautiful large courtyard.
