From here you can start hiking and biking right away. The bike path is 1 minute away, the swimming pool 5 minutes' walk

The Simseeklinik and the spa gardens are also close to the property.

The Asbichlerhof is a single farm with a wonderful secluded location in a district near Hirnsberg. Bad Endorf and the Chiemgau thermal baths are about 8 minutes by car. The closest train station is also in Bad Endorf on the Munich – Salzburg train line.
