Welcome to the Werkhalle. A former railway building reinterpreted. The boutique loft, with its modern design and curated art, is a place to arrive and feel at ease, with space for 2–6 people. It is the perfect starting point for activities such as hiking, mountain biking, cross-country skiing and skiing. Enjoy swimming in Drachensee and the golf course with its breathtaking views. The property has partial lake views - the swimming lake is about 3 minutes on foot.

This unique place has a style all its own. We wanted wanted to make something attractive out of the old, dilapidated building from the 1950s. Above all, the large garden with old trees and the beautiful location near Regensburg motivated us to redesign the house individually on the old foundation walls.
