Underfloor heating is as well as TV, leather couch, but also private kitchen with dining table, part of the apartment. Parking spaces are available and free of charge next to the apartment

Beautiful, bright apartment on the 2nd floor accessible by elevator. In the room there is a large bed for 1-2 people TV available with cable TV and Wi-Fi You will stay directly in Neu-Ulm. On foot it is approx. 7 minutes to the center of Ulm and Ulm Cathedral and the train station is also only 3 minutes away. The bus stop to Ulm is 5 minutes walk (bus line 11 ring traffic) in approx. 15 minutes by car, by bus approx. 25 minutes at Ulm main station. You can reach Legoland Günzburg in about 30 minutes. Blaubeuren (Blautopf) is 15 minutes by car. The Eselsberg University Hospitals can be reached in 15 minutes by car.

Our nice basement apartment has a small kitchenette in the hallway area. This is not suitable for food fried in oil. A shower room and a beautiful bedroom with a box spring bed and a large flat-screen TV. Wi-Fi access, soundproof windows, very good location between Friedrichsau and the city center, Rewe, Lidl and bus stop 100 m away. City centre 15 minutes' walk. Private access to the backyard.

Quiet, bright granny apartment in our house in the basement, but with large windows and terrace. Right on the edge of the forest and only 2 minutes to the A7, Vöhringen exit. To Ulm in about 15 minutes, Legoland in about 30 minutes, Swabian Alps 30 minutes, Allgäu Airport Memmingen approx. 30 minutes, Oberstdorf in the Allgäu approx. 1.15 hours, Lake Constance Lindau approx. 1 hour (by car)

Nice little house

The cottage was completely newly renovated 2 years ago and is located in idyllic Schnürpflingen. Very private with separate entrance. A small terrace is located behind the cottage. There is a small swimming lake nearby and large forests with many forest and hiking trails. A bakery and a beverage market are nearby and within walking distance. The closest supermarket is 3 km away.
