Nestled in the rolling hills of the natural reserve Brohmer and Helpter Berge sits the baroque estate Gut Neuensund dating back to 1780. Just 1.5 hours from Berlin, this is a place of absolute tranquility, historic buildings, a beautiful swimming lake, and unspoiled nature. You’ll stay in the 450 sqm former inspector’s house, part of a U-shaped baroque estate that encloses a 4,500 sqm inner courtyard and stretches across 8 hectares of land. An apartment for 2 persons can be booked separately.

A house in the fields

The house is situated alone in a sea of fields, surrounded by the wind in a fantastic perennial garden. With the help of many artist colleagues and friends, this formerly unspectacular guesthouse from the 1990s was converted and renovated into a small oasis and a garden was created with the help of landscape designer Rainer Elstermann. In constant growth and change, an idyllic place was created - and is still being created - in which 10 people can be accommodated in the guest part.

The ideal place for your time out is in a small village on one of the largest nature reserves in Germany. Three sides with unobstructed views and a large orchard let you forget the stress of everyday life. It is not uncommon to watch deer or cranes in their activities. Sankt Unterholz is a house with 150 m² of living space and 600 m² of garden for up to 9 people in Kraatz; a small village in the Uckermärkische Seen Nature Park. The building, originally used as a stable, was carefully and ecologically converted by us into a holiday and work oasis and is ideal to simply unwind, work together on projects, do yoga, or simply do nothing at all. Watch the children in the sandbox from the deck chair on the terrace.

Enjoy a quiet, relaxing break on your own lake property. You will stay in a beautiful vacation home with lake view and direct access to Lake Lübbesee, including a private jetty. It has three bedrooms and one bathroom on each floor. In the living room is a fireplace, for a cozy time on colder days.
