On the ground floor, large living room open to the equipped kitchen, office with sofa bed, laundry room and toilet. Upstairs, two bedrooms with 140 beds and shower room with toilet.

Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

[Idyllic corner on the outskirts of Paris] This small lakefront cottage dates from 1984, it has been redecorated but needs to be renovated, which is why I am renting it out to raise funds for the work. 10 minutes from Sens and 1h30 from Paris, this charming renovated house of 48 m² is ideal for a pleasant stay. It has two single bedrooms, a living area with integrated kitchen & office space (free wifi), as well as a bathroom, toilets. The entrance is independent, on the same level as the street, and the house is adjoining our home. You can park up to two vehicles in our parking lot. Access to the adjoining garden is not available.
