This is a beautiful vacation home with outdoor swimming pool on the private estate "De Kleikamp". The remodeled farm has a thatched roof and is located in the gorgeous country side close to the river the Issel, near the small town of Olst, 20 minutes from the city of Deventer. The lovely house consists of 4 bedrooms and a sleeping loft. One of the bedrooms is downstairs, making it ideal for people that have difficulty walking upstairs. There are 4 bathrooms, a living room with dining area and a kitchen. There is a barn with a carport for 2 cars, and plenty of parking in the circular driveway. The heated swimming pool has the unique feature of a cover that can be open or closed, so it can be used in any kind of weather. There is a pool house with shower, toilet, outdoor hot shower and changing room. The estate consists of 20 acres of beauty and includes a very large yard, a meadow with a pond and part of a forest with hiking trails. The home can accommodate 10 people and is perfect for entertaining and for families and friends with children. Last summer our parents moved out of this beautiful remodeled farm house. We, the five daughters, love this house and want to keep it in the family. We decided to make it available as a vacation rental so we can enjoy it and share the peace and quite of this unique place with others. You park for free under the house. All the comforts you need! We normally live here with four of us and rent out during our holidays. Our house is in the nice, quiet neighborhood of De Worp. Close to the historic center of Deventer with nice restaurants, theaters, shops and attractions. With a walk through the oldest city park in the Netherlands and a crossing with the ferry over the beautiful IJssel, you will be in the middle of the city center in fifteen minutes. The trip with the ferry still gives us a vacation feeling. You will enjoy the cozy house, the garden, the beautiful surroundings and the cozy city of Deventer.

National monument from 1621

Always wanted to stay in one of the oldest houses of Deventer? Fortunately, in my fairytale house (a national monument from 1621), there is still much of the history in tact; the high anteroom, the low old first floor (beware of your head) and the beautiful niches. Parts of the house are even from the 14th century and have survived the great city fire in that century. The house is located on a quiet street a stone's throw from IJssel and the best restaurants that Deventer owns.

During your stay at this spacious detached house, on the outskirts of the Lampenbroek nature reserve, you can enjoy a wide view with setting sunshine. There is complete privacy and a beautiful view from the terrace, the kitchen and bedroom over the nature reserve. Waking up to the view of wild deer from your bed. Within a stone's throw away, there are beautiful hiking trails through the Lampenbroek and the Empe-Tondense heath, and beautiful cycling routes to the Veluwe start.

You can relax in our beautiful detached, fully furnished nature cottage. It is located on a quiet country road, surrounded by old oaks overlooking our (sheep) pasture. A cozy wooden veranda on the south-west, fully covered and heated with 2 wall heaters. So you can always sit outside and enjoy the beautiful skies and setting sun. Peace and quiet and lots of privacy. Due to the electric fireplace and floor heating, the house is also very suitable for the winter period.

Welcome to our nature cottage on the Eikelhof, in the outskirts of Deventer. Here in the middle of the countryside, we offer you an escape from the hustle and bustle of the day. We have converted our former young cattle shed into 2 rural rooms where comfort and authenticity go hand in hand. On our terrace, you can enjoy the view of our meadows, while our curious cows keep you company. for the safety in and around our cottage, is not suitable for children

Own cottage on farmyard

A great place to go on foot or by bike in the beautiful Salland landscape. The cottage is located on the grounds of our farm and was originally a pig barn. There are various animals on the farm (ponies, dogs, cats, chickens and a rabbit). The cozy city of Deventer is 10 km away today and Zwolle is 30 km away. For a regular guest, the days are blocked every other week. These days can often be reserved in consultation, so please indicate this in your request.

The house is suitable for max. 7 people. Downstairs a separate living/bedroom, with additional shower cabin for whom it is difficult to go upstairs.

The large south-facing garden (1500m2) is a natural oasis of tranquility, and the trampoline and playhouse are ready for the children. The Hanseatic city of Deventer is 10 minutes by car from Terwolde.
