Our cottage

Our cottage is a place for anyone who likes to recharge their batteries in nature – whether as a couple or in the peaceful company of friends and family. You will find it in an oak and pine forest near Borovany in South Bohemia, in beautiful natural surroundings not far from the Novohradské Mountains. Although it may not seem like it at first glance, there are neighbours in the area, but they cannot be seen from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by the crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the deck. There is no wifi in the cabin, so enjoy your time really together.

Villa Dvorečná

Have fun with the whole family or a group of friends at this stylish place. The building offers comfortable accommodation for up to 17 people. Villa Dvorečná is located on the outskirts of the village of Dvorečná, about five minutes by car from the ski slope in Lipno nad Vltavou. The building is three-storey with two terraces, a grill, a fireplace, a covered outdoor pool with a counter-current and an indoor wellness with a sauna and a hot tub. We rent the whole building. If you are traveling with small children, it is possible to rent a crib, high chair or bathtub.

The centrepiece of the studio is a spacious and exceptionally comfortable bed with a high-quality mattress, guaranteeing perfect rest after a day spent exploring the city. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for anyone who wants to enjoy home cooking while travelling.

Romantic cottage in seclusion

Romantic summer on a farm Romantic secluded accommodation in nature, just a few minutes from the town of Rožmberk nad Vltavou. The tiny home is close to a small family farmhouse, which also includes a small bee farm. By arrangement, it is possible to tour the bee farm and purchase local honey, which is a regional product. The surrounding area is ideal for mushroom picking, cycling, hiking. The town of Rožmberk nad Vltavou is only 2.5 km away. Here it is possible to visit the Rožmberk Castle or swim the Vltava River in the summer months.

Chalet Mavino

The apartment is close to a game reserve with deer and yet close to the amenities of the village of Lipno nad Vltavou. Here, nothing will disturb you and you can listen to the sounds of nature. Evenings at sunset on a spacious terrace or in the warmth of the fireplace with a cup of good coffee. We welcome families with children, we have a crib, changing table, high chair and the like. For bad days, there is an x box, but children will enjoy the forest the most, which you can see directly from the terrace.

And if one pond wasn't enough for you, 100 meters to the southwest you'll find another pond in the middle of the wilderness.

Great for outdoor and nature lovers, not for people looking for restaurants or night life. Libuše is a small studio with a double bed. It accommodates 1 additional guest on the sofa bed. Enough space to park up to 5 cars. 10 minutes walk to Lipno Marina, supermarket and ski lifts, 15 minutes to the treetop trail.

70 m² apartment on the middle floor of our house - very idyllic location, garden, forest, all around peace and quiet. The right thing for a short break. Arrival by public transport is possible (we pick you up from the bus station - shopping on site is possible). If you want and come by car, you can also make a day trip to Cesky Krumlov, Prague, Passau, Vienna or Linz. Couples, solo travelers and families with children are welcome. Pets are allowed.

The cozy accommodation invites you to relax after an extensive walk in the woods or one of the numerous hiking routes in the nearby area.
