We just spent a week at Nikos apartment and had an amazing stay. We were looking for a peaceful atmosphere in a beautiful surrounding with the option to go a restaurant and the beach. The apartment offered all that and were really relaxed when we left. Only thing that is not clear from the apartment info, the second room with the single beds is not a proper room, it’s part of the living room. But that did not pose a problem for us. We loved it and can highly recommend it!

Very cute place that was furnished well and comfortably. The host's mother let us in. We were flying from NYC and had been traveling for about 18 hours, so I had asked if it was possible to check in earlier due to the jetlag, and the host was extremely accommodating. It felt like coming to a home away from home. There was a garden with incredibly fragrant flowers and was close to the coast. At night it was very quiet and peaceful, very easy to sleep. 100% recommend! Would definitely book again.

Andreas called me already on the day of arrival to check if we were ok and if the house was ok. Very friendly. Open for any question and even verified after a day to see all still was ok. Andreas really cares for his guests. The house is completely remote just outside a small village. So very quiet. But within 10 minutes you are in Nafplio where all happens! Love to come back once

The house was very spacious and comfort. The bedrooms were very nice and comfy. Very good AC, spacious parking, close the beach and restaurant. Katerina had left a welcome surprise for us, a breakfast basket with croissants, jams, butter and coffee. I recommend staying!

Quick but excellent stay in this rental, where it has a magnificent view and the archaeological site accessible on foot by a nice trail. Sophia was very hospitable!

We had a wonderful stay at Panagiotis' place. the villa was perfectly clean and had all we needed. the pool was lovely, my children loved the diving board, and the privacy was amazing. it's in a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood, with grocery stores in 5-10 minutes walk. Leonidas was also incredibly flexible, he met us at the property even though our arrival time changed to 5am at the last minute! he showed us all around the property and answered our questions quickly whenevre something came up. I'll just note that the pool is deep and there is no fence around it, so it's not suitable for families with small children. We enjoyed an excellent vacation at Panagiotis. A lovely villa with an amazing view, a beautiful escape with a diving board that our children loved, in a quiet little village with a food shop in5-10 minutes walk. Eunidas was very helpful, met us at the villa even at 5am, and responded quickly to any questions we had. Just know that the pool has deep water and in me a fence, so the villa is not suitable for families with young children.

Our holiday in this house was beyond our expectations. Finding the place clean and all essentials inside, the stay was truly comfortable and easy. The owner of the house was very responsive to all our questions, and kind. Location of the house is also perfect; just a 2-minute walk to the beach, and very convenient to restaurants in which you can find great Greek cousine. I highly recommend this property for anyone who seeks a calm holiday in a well-cared-for home in such a convenient setting as well as a a beautiful beach and the sea. Hope to visit there again !

We had an amazing family weekend!!!! The place is beautiful with a lot of calm and lots of greenery …. The apartment was fully equipped, we don't need anything extra! Andreas went above and beyond to make you feel welcome, not only to his wonderful home, but to Greece too. He was very proactive with his communication, providing clear guidance and welcoming advice on local and wider Greek activities. His home is in a fantastic location, with immediate access to the beach and easy access to most parts of Greece. The home itself is perfect if you want to peacefully and privately enjoy the Greek weather by the pool. Would strongly recommend and will likely visit Greece again while staying in his home.

Ioannis is the best host one can dream of! And his house is a paradise ! Every amenities is as listed and it’s even better in real that in the pictures. We had such a great time we didn’t want to leave. Thank you Ioannis !

Very good stay, we love the outdoor space and the vegetable garden. We felt calm and relaxed. The kids loved as much as a pool with the trampoline, ping-pong, basketball, and electric car, which the hosts offered us for our young child. The house is well equipped and has all the essentials. Hosts are very kind and helpful. Elena left us gifts : organic wine, spoon sweet, laurel homemade, handmade soap. Thank you so much! We'll revisit the home in the summer to enjoy the pool more😉. This vacation was a piece of paradise on earth. Teti and her family welcomed us warmly and we immediately felt comfortable. The place was perfect all around: the beach was a few meters away and the city is 5 minutes by car. With the help of Teti's tips, we had a wonderful holiday and were able to immerse ourselves in Greek life. This was definitely not our last time and it was one of the most beautiful stays I've had so far thanks to Teti. I am absolutely happy and highly recommend this place!

A very quiet, large house with big green backyard, opening directly to a secluded beach with warm clear sea water. Lots of Taverns around with tasty food. Great for goups of friends, or families with kids.

New built house with recent furnitures and a useful driveway for parking our car. Clean and tidy inside ! Very calm neighbourhood during the off-season. Less than 3 min by walk to gain the shoreline. Check-in/check-out were easy and flexible : ideal for our late arrival and departure to the airport. Ilias the host was very kind and caring with us. He always reacted quickly, even at late hours. For our short stay of 3 days, it was literally perfect. Thank you very much sir !

The place is very convenient and cozy! It has a private parking space too, which is very useful. The bathroom is very comfortable and clean, and the rooms are big enough for a couple. Only minus, little far from shops as mentioned in the description, so a car is needed for sure.

Everything was excellent. The house is filled with cozy things; located in the very center of the city, the promenade and the sea are a 3-minute walk away. There are plenty of grocery supermarkets, bars and restaurants, shops with souvenirs and clothes. We were in the car. Parking near the house, easy to find a place and everything is safe. Good internet speed was important for work and remote lessons. Heating with 2 air conditioners, also Aimilia supplied us with an additional electric heater. It was warm enough. We lived here from December to February 9. In general, the climate is quite warm. The midst of harvesting orange and olives. Everything is very green. Palms and cacti grow. If you are by car, it is very convenient to go all around the Peloponnese, see Athens and Delphi. Very beautiful in winter and good time to visit. There is a large terrace and we did a charcoal BBQ a few times. A small disadvantage is a small boiler, you need to wash quickly in the shower, but the water warms up again in 30 minutes. In summer, there are no such problems.

Wonderful place with a private landing to the water. Quiet, Comfortable and clean with plenty of accessories. Easy walk to the restaurants and cafes on the main beach. Sofia was very helpful and friendly. Great snorkelling as well, really recommend.
