We received detailed check-in instructions in time and were able to enter the apartment without any problems. The communication was very helpful & friendly. The equipment was very good, including all necessary cooking utensils and even sand toys for the children. The location was excellent, a residential building directly on the harbor. From the living room window you had a beautiful view of the harbor. One bedroom window went into a quiet side street and another into the house. The only small flaw were sometimes smells in the house (and with the window open also in the interior bedroom), for which the landlord can't do anything. Overall a recommended place to stay - thank you so much!

Great apartment completely open to the sea!.... you have to love the sound of the sirens 😄 Simple but spacious. Very easy check-in and good communication with Maïté. Beautiful hike from Calera to Arure/ Back by bus.🤩

Achim's apartment is just as presented in the photos, bright, clean and comfortable. It has everything you might need, even an oven. The internet worked well and allowed for teleworking. All points of interest (beaches, restaurants, supermarkets) are just a few steps from the floor. Finally, Achim is a very nice and always available, he really cared about our well-being.
