Walks in the snow and the cozy warmth in the cottage provide relaxation & coziness. In summer, the lake with beach invites you to swim & do water sports. There is no direct lake view (trees in front), but the wonderful viewpoint 'Zur Schönen Aussicht' can be reached in two minutes (100 m), where you can watch the stars undisturbed at night.

I have chickens, ducks and sheep. I also have a dog, Gina, and a cat, Luzie. There is a small living room and a spacious bathroom above which is the sleeping loft under the pointed roof. The location is fantastically beautiful: on the lake, very quiet and yet in the middle of the historic town center. Directly below the castle and only 20 minutes by car from the Nürburgring or the Moselle. Renovated in 2021 and equipped for 6-10 people on three floors with a small wellness area and lockable parking space for your bicycles.

We now offer an upscale, cozy, furnished vacation home on the Moselle at the campsite in Koblenz-Güls. Approximately 50 meters away you will find a cafe / restaurant. Another one about 300 m away. The Moselle with swimming beach is about 200 m away. The beautiful vineyards are within walking distance. The German corner can be reached in about 15 minutes by bike I am available via email or WhatsApp. We live in the immediate vicinity of the vacation home "Ankerplatz"

You can relax under large lime trees after a hike on the Rheinsteig and sample the town's excellent wines. The holiday flat is also very conveniently located for attending a concert on the Loreley open-air stage!

Parking is available on request right in front of the house. Free also in the side streets.
