The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. Living/dining room, balcony, kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms & a sauna.

In dieser geräumigen und besonderen Unterkunft werden Sie sich wohl fühlen. Große Terrasse mit Blick ins Grüne. Die Ferienwohnung ist ausgestattet mit zwei Schlafzimmer. Wohnzimmer mit großer Terrasse, geräumige Küche und barrierefreiem Bad. Bäckerei 3min zu Fuß erreichbar. Flughafen Memmingen 35 km. Therme Bad Wörishofen 3 km.Zwei Golfplätze sind jeweils 10 km entfernt. Skyline Park 5 km. Gegenseitige Rücksichtnahme ist uns wichtig, so dass sich jeder wohl fühlt.

Sustainable eco-wooden house with garden in the Allgäu

We offer a very special wooden house with barrel sauna right at the gateway to the Allgäu. Centrally located to take numerous excursions or simply spend a few nice days in a sustainably built and furnished house. Here, no wishes remain unfulfilled! Top equipped Bulthaup kitchen, large solid oak wood table in the center. On the terrace, a charcoal grill is waiting to be fired up and in the large garden, a trampoline and fireplace make hearts beat faster.

Living cube in the garden (heated)

A special, romantic place to stay! It still smells of fresh wood, which the cube consists of inside and out. From the round window you have a wonderful view into the garden of a historic, former schoolhouse, whose house-in-house loft apartment is also rented via Airbnb (see separate Airbnb listing). On the wood and stone terrace in front of the cube, you can relax wonderfully and have breakfast with birdsong in the morning sun. Lovely!

We rent here a bright, small, cute, fully equipped apartment with its own entrance, kitchen, bathroom and terrace. The apartment offers everything you need in a small space: a bright living/dining room with an IKEA sofa bed (bed with slatted frame and mattresses), a kitchenette with ceramic hobs, a closet, fridge and a new, beautiful shower room with window.

Charming 70s apartment

This special place is close to everything – shopping, historic old town and many attractions. Munich, Garmisch, Augsburg and the Allgäu - all only max. 1 hour away. You will stay in an attic converted in 1972, which, except for the kitchen and the new shower, is preserved in its original condition. A large garden with barbecue area and loggia can be used.
