The apartment has been lovingly designed with souvenirs from our seven-year world trip. Many of the details have a story that we are happy to pass on to interested parties on request. The apartment comprises the entire top floor of an old building in a central location, about 3 minutes' walk from the train station. The cozy living atmosphere on a total of 126 m² and the additional highlight - the garden-side roof terrace - quickly make you forget the missing elevator. Important note regarding sleeping arrangements: 1x double bed 160x200cm 1x double bed 140x200cm 1 x bed extendable 160x200cm 1 x small child travel cot (2 emergency beds - no special sleep quality!)

The former barn is originally converted into a holiday home of a special kind, 144 m² on two levels. Surrounded by 2 ha of meadow, 1 ha of forest, a place for retreat, for family holidays, for "Simply Being in Hollenstein." Swimming, tennis, cycling (Ybbstag cycle path right outside the door), hiking, skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and tobogganing right by the house if the snow allows! 3 km from the center of Hollenstein, very good infrastructure.

Lunz am See apartment with a view

This is a breathtaking place for people who really want peace and nature, far away from everything else. Meadow, forest, fresh air and mountains. Here there are deer, chickens, cats and bees. The apartment is on a farm, alone in the middle of a large clearing, which I am building as an organic farm with permaculture. It consists of a huge room with wooden floor, new wood-burning stove and mountain views, as well as a bathroom, and a kitchen.

Schiffmeisterhaus Atelier City

The town of Atelier is located in the historic ship master's house directly on the Danube. Due to its central location, shops and restaurants are within walking distance. The shipmaster's house is also located on the popular Danube bike path and offers its own bike parking and e-bike charging facilities. Haus Ybbstalblick

The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. Your parking space is right in front of the house. You will stay on the first floor of the 2-family house. A well-equipped, somewhat outdated kitchen awaits you. Bathroom and toilet are separated. Two double bedrooms, one single bedroom and a cozy living room are available. In the garden there are cozy places where you can enjoy the sunset and the magnificent views.

Living apartment incl. kitchen, bathroom/WC, anteroom, private entrance, enclosed private parking. The apartment is decorated in rustic farmer's style, which is located in a stylish former square courtyard. Our house sits at the edge of the east center in a quiet location. The nearest bus stop is about a 2-minute walk away. Due to the generous amenities and arrangement, it is very suitable for business travelers and fitters.

Zwetschge sleeping hut (My little break)

Our offer includes a cozy sleeping hut with box-spring beds for nightly comfort, infrared heating and satellite TV. Bed linen and towels are of course provided. The toilet and shower are in a separate building and are shared. Relaxation options include a barrel sauna and sun loungers. In our lounge area next to the bathrooms you will find a spacious bench, a fridge with drinks and a coffee maker.
