Our home is set on the city boundary just 8 minutes from the City Centre, 5 minutes from Palmerston North Hospital, 15 minutes to Massey University and very well positioned for walking, tramping and biking tracks around the Manawatu . Our modern home is on 2.5 acres and surrounded by open countryside with great views to the windmills and just outside the apartment, we have a lovely Highland cow named Toffee who shares the paddock with some Wiltshire sheep, an interesting self shearing breed.

Our peaceful 1-bedroom guest suite has everything you need for your Dannevirke stay. We provide free continental breakfast. A country escape located 4km’s up the Pahiatua Track. Approximately 8-10 minute drive to the outskirts of town, Massey University, the IPU Tertiary Institute and to our local Summerhill shopping centre with a supermarket, takeaways, laundry, café’s and restaurants. Palmerston North's CBD is about 13 km's. Your private entrance leads to a guest suite attached to our house with a lounge, separate double and single bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchenette with basic supplies for preparing meals.

Our Airbnb is a family home, close to the city center, about 7 to 10 minutes walking distance to the Plaza, Restaurants, Supermarkets, parks, and Centre Energy Trust Arena. our place is quiet and relaxing. It has a private bathroom,study room and a private parking space. The Bus stop is outside the property, convenient for those who want to visit around the town. It is suitable for single or two individuals, couples, or families with children.we allocate the price to the number of guests.

The double-glazed cottage is cute, warm and spacious with a lounge, top quality Queen bed & bathroom with washing machine. Totally self-contained with hosts nearby if you need anything. Free wifi, + smart TV with freeview and DVD player. EV charger. Continental breakfast included for first two nights.

Eco Studio Retreat Maraetotara Valley

Our place is a unique architectural designed passive solar straw bale home, with recycled native wood and natural clay finish. Enjoy the warmth, peaceful feel and views of the beautiful Maraetotara valley and relax in the natural spring water hot tub. The 30 sqm studio is located within the main house, has a separate entrance, private deck and parking with EV charger. Kitchen with toaster, microwave, fridge, induction cooktop and electric BBQ on deck. Breakfast pack for the first day.

Takapau Yurt Experience

Situated in the side garden by the main house on a privately owned sheep farm (42 acres). Stunning views across the valley from behind the yurt and mountain views from the beautiful native garden surrounding the house. Guest bathroom is inside the main house. Breakfast is included and dinner is available at request and additional charge from my fully licenced food truck. Local superette 5mins drive away in the village, several nearby bush walks and wineries within a 15 min drive.

The Cottage

A private self contained cottage in a rural setting. This restored 1930's cottage is very cosy and comfortable. A heat pump is available for those chilly nights. The Cottage is located on a lifestyle block approximately 14 km from the centre of Palmerston North. The cottage looks out over a pond and paddocks with ducks and sheep. Guest access is by keypad on the main entry gate to the property.

Try out tiny home living in this fully self contained shipping container. Your stay will be private, with our main house behind a large hedge. This space has every comfort for a home away from home. Ideal as a stay in between the major cities. Large parking space, enough to fit a small truck. Best suited for 2 guests.
