The first thing you see when coming in the front door is the beautiful water view. You are surrounded by beautiful views of the water and we were lucky enough to see two dolphins right off the deck. It was such an awesome sight. We had our fur baby with us and he had the best time in the water at Shell Point. The house was so comfortable and we would turn off the air and open the door to the screen room and the ones to both decks and such a wonderful breeze would come through. I can't say enough about our stay except I wish it was longer. We will definitely be back.

We stayed here for the weekend for my daughter’s FSU graduation! -and we could not be happier ! The space was so much bigger than the pictures! It was an amazing location and perfect for what we wanted. The beach is lovely and the owner recommended a place to eat called trident and we absolutely loved it! Great casual place! Highly recommend this home. I wish we could’ve stayed longer !!

The house was in near new condition and very well appointed with everything needed and more. The location is a short walk to beach access and is located on the bike/walk path. Our group loves the area and Patrick's place was perfect and super clean. Patrick was a great communicator and we appreciated that so much. I highly recommend to other guests.

If you’re looking for a private, peaceful vacation this house is perfect. Very quiet area just steps from the beach. Lovely home with a beautiful view of the Gulf. Very accommodating hosts and always responsive. Would definitely stay again!

The home was exactly as described. Everything was clean and the wonderful thing about this particular place we stayed was that there were amenities, the kitchen had salt and pepper, and it had oil and it had a couple of spices and it had adequate pots and pans and dishes and glasses and bowls, and everything we could’ve possibly needed The beds were comfortable. The place was clean having the dock there was wonderful. The boys were able to fish off the dock having the kayaks was wonderful as well. It’s one of my favorite things to do and they had kayaks there for us to use. Every time I reached out to Paige, she was immediately responsive and extremely helpful. It was a wonderful home.

David’s place was exactly as pictured and so peaceful. The view off the back deck this morning was just beautiful. His recommendations for local restaurants were a plus. I would have never known the local restaurant he suggested “the Salty Donkey” was there without that book. You can tell that he put a lot of care into building that home and the story of using the timber from the property was very interesting.

Rob was very attentive to our questions. Very knowledgeable about local activities and things to do. We look forward to our next visit!

We’ve now stayed at this location for FOUR family vacations. Even with some hiccups this year, we hope to return again for a fifth. I cannot say enough about the thoughtfulness of the host, the natural beauty in this remote location, or the peace that being off the beaten path brings! Thank you Jessica, Pelican Perch, and Panacea for yet another wonderful trip - we all hope will all our hearts to see you again next year!

Wonderful home and area to stay in. Drove to St George for beach 1 day, community pool the next and evenings went to shoreline to look for shells and pics. Great place to stay at. Home is newly built and in beautiful condition. Recommend highly.

We were so happy to find a great place for a reasonable price.But that was just the tip of what we got …Dawn is a wonderful person as a host she goes above and beyond to accommodate her guests. Check in was a breeze, along with all the extra amenities provided for a comfortable stay. We throughly enjoyed the area with our bikes and surrounding beaches, springs and trails. Dawn had mentioned being a nurse, among many other skills, but also that she had studied biomagnetism therapy, we were so intrigued that we booked a session. So many benefits along with her knowledge and the information she shared with us was greatly appreciated. We loved our time in Sopchoppy and consider Dawn a new friend.

We had a wonderful stay. Well-equipped secluded property with plentiful spaces to relax. The perfect spot to catch up with a friend and soak up the outdoors. It was exactly the kind of low-key vacation we both needed. Forever grateful 🙏

We had the best weekend getaway. This place is amazing and I can’t wait to go back! It was just as described and everything was perfect. The shower is THE BEST!!! we loved the ability to bring our dog and enjoy a slow paced weekend to be together as a family. Thank you!

Six of us stayed at this lovely, brand new home during FSU’s graduation weekend. It is an hour away from FSU, but for us, it was a nice and quiet retreat from the crowds and busy energy in Tallahassee. We had a little hiccup late at night to start out our stay, but Deanna was immediately reachable. She pulled out all the stops to rectify the situation right away and everything worked out smoothly. Five stars for communication.  The home is in a new, gated and quiet neighborhood. It is clean and nicely furnished with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows. I would recommend bringing your own soaps, shampoos, etc., as they were not provided. This was not a problem for us because we typically travel with our own shower items anyway.  The kitchen was well equipped and contained all amenities we needed, including both a Keurig and regular coffee maker. Recommended for guests looking for a quiet place near the area’s secluded beaches.

I would like to say that the hosts location is very convenient to Carrabelle and all its fishing and beach offerings. Our host went out of her way to rectify an issue upon check in and was in constant contact with us throughout until resolution was found. Would not hesitate to book one of her properties again! The pictures didn't do justice! It was more spacious and open than I expected. Caught a flounder, and striped Bass. Kitchen was fully stocked and even had seasonings. The grocery store was about 25/30 minutes away ( publix & walmart) we wished we would have stopped on the way in. We went to Angelo's waterfront restaurant 3 miles away and it was great! We visited alligator point and always few other places, but honestly 3 days wasn't long enough we needed more time! Really enjoyed our stay. Host was super sweet and super responsive. House was very clean and comfy, will definitely be back...

As always they are so accommodating and really go above and beyond! We keep coming back and will continue to because we feel at home here and they make even challenges easy to navigate.

This coastal cottage is a hidden gem! Our family enjoyed our stay here in early March, great weather and few bugs. The location is off the beaten path, perfect for a stay-cation. We even saw lots of waterfowl, otters, and wild hogs from the back porch! Would stay here again!

Saw lots of sea life - dolphins, pelicans, sea gulls, otter, herons, eagles. We saw the dolphins swarming the fish. Awesome sight. Lots of deer in the park across the road. Plenty of privacy. House very spacious - plenty of storage areas. Lots of windows for viewing the gulf activity. Great deck.

It was the perfect location. Close to all the restaurants.

My husband and I really enjoyed the house and it's location! It was on a quiet street with friendly neighbors. The house was well appointed and Leonardo was a gracious host, contacting us during our visit to make sure we didn't have any needs. I would stay here again our grandchildren are really close by.

Wonderful stay for a long weekend to celebrate our youngest son's graduation from law school. The fenced in back yard was perfect for our 2 dogs. We used the fire pit and grill for some great family time. Lots of space for everyone especially the big open kitchen with a massive island bar! It would have been nice to have more silverware. We seemed to always be looking for a fork. Would definitely stay again. So nice to be able to go to the end of the road and enjoy the water and sunset. Lovely home!
