Lovely apartment, great historic building in picturesque location. Wladi was cool, very nice and totally relaxed, even if our children got a little louder. Unfortunately, we were a little sick and could not explore the area as well as planned on foot, but also for excursions the mill is a good starting point. The apartment is chicly renovated, the bathroom is really great and everything you need is available. We really felt comfortable, were very happy to be there and would be happy to come back sometime. The apartment of Jutta and Horst is very nice and lovingly furnished, everything is thought of. We felt right at home and welcome. For questions, they are very accessible, very accommodating and friendly. Despite bad weather, we did a lot: small hike, visited sights, made a detour to Soest, Bad Sassendorf and Arnsberg.

A really beautiful apartment with creek on the property very quietly located so you can completely relax when we came, a nice basket was directed with various sweets. A really warm welcome Flo is a mega accommodating person. We had laundry outside and went into town when it started to rain, he put the laundry under the roof brought us new towels as we needed just indescribably good service Thanks very much.

Our first ski holiday with children of 3, 6, 6 and 7. Both the children and ourselves felt right at home in the apartment. There was enough space to sleep, cook and live with 4 children. Boris shared all the necessary information well in advance and was also available during our stay for questions/tips. The area itself is quiet, yet central. Supermarket and center of Winterberg are easily traveled both on foot and by car.

We spent a weekend here with the family and loved it. We were there with seven adults, one child and our dog. The house is really a dream! It is very nicely decorated and offers many opportunities to sit together nicely (two living rooms and a great conservatory). The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The beds - there are three bedrooms and a living room with sofa bed - are very comfortable. The house is very nicely located directly on the Weser. Right in front of the house you can park for free. The city center of Bad Karlshafen is within walking distance. In addition, a Netto and two bakeries are within walking distance. It was special that Eckhard (one of the hosts) welcomed us at check-in with coffee and cinnamon rolls :). We highly recommend the place for a stay

We had a lovely few days in Helsa. Connection to Kassel is very easy (the castle park and the painting gallery exceeded our expectations!), Helsa itself is a cozy place with many half-timbered houses, surrounded by forests where you can walk nicely. Regina is very friendly and accommodating. The shopping and a small pizzeria are within walking distance, we felt comfortable in the house, what more could you ask for?:)

A place to fall in love – pure nature with a heart We had four sunny days at the end of April in the beautiful forest cottage with impressive hillside location and fantastic views of the Fulda – and what can we say: It was perfect! Actually, we had many excursions planned, but the house and surroundings were so welcoming that we stayed on site the whole time. Whether cooking with the Dutch oven, archery or walking – every moment was a pleasure. A special highlight was getting to know the warm hosts Nikolai and Lena in person. A young, likeable couple who have put a lot of love, effort and taste into the house. Everything was modern, clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated. We fell in love with the cottage from the first moment. The tranquility, nature and the relaxed atmosphere have been incredibly good for us. It was a holiday full of deceleration and well-being – we will definitely be back!

The accommodation is top! Very well and modern equipped, clean and furnished as shown in the photos. Communication with the owners is also quick and detailed. Only the cleaning fee of €100 is quite high, but we had to bring our own bed linen, clear the dishwasher and empty the garbage cans ourselves. Checking the electricity meter itself is also recommended (own measurement was 50% less kwh). But definitely recommended.

A perfect relaxing holiday,the house, the terrace with magnificent views and the surroundings with the lake and the forests!! Just wonderful and everything worked out perfectly. Anytime again...best immediately :-)

The place "old fire station" was very nice. The house is in a quiet location and is a good starting point for excursions in the area. The house is great and lovingly decorated, clean and very well appointed. Evelyn welcomed us in a friendly way and the communication also worked flawlessly. The lovingly designed garden was our highlight.

Super nice! Idyllic, large meadow by the house great for ball game or frisbee, several creeks by the house + various cozy places. Inside everything very tasteful, nice mix of old + new, lots of wooden beams, very different room heights. Upstairs 2 bathrooms, one with a bathtub. Toilet on the ground floor would be more practical, especially since the stairs are a little special, just old building. The remnants of the former mill right by the house ensure a clearly audible perpetual sludge. You can't hear cars passing by at some distance. Directly around the house there are only meadows, water, trees, fields as well as the neighboring house with 2 (?) other apartments. Lots of beautiful views. Brilon can be reached in 5 minutes by car, but you feel very nice to yourself due to the valley location. Weak Wi-Fi, which is noticeable during music streaming and use of the media library, for example. Good fully automatic coffee machine. With all the small criticism or ideas for improvement: we felt very comfortable!

A comfortable and well-equipped two-bedroom apartment on the top floor of an old farmhouse in the village of Vernawahlshausen, a short drive from Uslar. Very friendly and helpful hosts. The apartment is just under the roof of the farmhouse, so during hot sunny weather it can get quite hot in the apartment. I was there during the heatwave in July 2022, and (being Scottish) there were a couple of days when I found the heat uncomfortable. The hosts very kindly arranged for me to sleep in a spare bedroom on the ground floor of the farmhouse, which was much cooler. Many thanks. I would be very happy to stay in this apartment again if I return to this part of Germany. One other comment. If you're interested in cycling, a good off-road cycle path connects Vernawahlshausen with the very nice Weser Cycle Path. A trip to Hann. Münden is worthwhile, and I recommend the Ratsbrauhaus for lunch.

We had a wonderful 3 days in Winterberg and stayed 2 nights at Steve's place. The location is great, you are at the ski slopes/hiking trails/in the center with fifteen minutes. The house is clean and tidy, with 2 bedrooms with in both double bed.

We felt very comfortable in Keanu's apartment. Was well heated, cozy and clean and everything you need : )

It was a very nice stay, the apartment was as described in the pictures. Our host was very accommodating and helpful.

We really enjoyed staying at Wladimir's place. As soon as we arrived it was very nice to explain everything very clearly. Arriving at the house had a space where he provided several toys for my children who loved and played a lot. The extremely equipped and functional kitchen. The house is very large and comfortable. It has a large covered park with automatic gate that made it a lot easier for us on rainy days. We need an urgent consultation for my son he called and scored the two times I needed to help immensely. All I have to say is thank you and I'm sure we'll be back in the future.

We were 4 friends to visit Marburg. For this, the apartment was just perfect, clean, and the communication was very good. we enjoyed it very much. Always happy to come back when we are in Marburg.
