The "Waldecker Auszeit" holiday home is a renovated farmhouse on the edge of an arable farm in a quiet location not far from the Kellerwald-Edersee Nature and National Park. With 2 separate apartments, the allergy-friendly house, which covers a total of 240 m², can accommodate up to 18 people. Due to its optimal location, it is ideal for family reunions in the centre of Germany. Families with children are very welcome! No rentals to residential groups, children's homes or contractors.

Our stylish holiday home is located in one of the most beautiful spots on the entire Edersee. From the spacious property, there is a breathtaking panoramic view over the water and the surrounding forests of the Kellerwald-Edersee National Park. Here you really live right on the lake – not just "near the lake."

Cozy apartment "Waschbär"

The vacation apartment is great for young families with one or two children. There are seats, a barbecue and a sandpit in the garden. Toys are available. The walk to the town center is 400 meters and to the castle 1.1 km. There are restaurants and places for shopping in the village center. A tourist train runs hourly to Lake Edersee and back during the day. By car, you can reach Lake Edersee in 3 minutes. For hiking trips, we rent a collapsible handcart.

Modern apartment in the district of Korbach for 1-4 people

Our modern apartment is located in Meineringhausen in a district of Korbach (5 minutes by car). The rural area invites you to hike, cycle and do other sporting activities. If you are enthusiastic about cycling, you should definitely use the 200 m long cycle path from Korbach to Lake Edersee. It takes 20-30 minutes by car to get to Edersee, Twistersee or Diemelsee. The popular towns of Willingen/Winterberg can be reached in 30 or 40 minutes by car.

Our small cozy cottage is located on the outskirts of the village with a distant view far into the Kellerwald National Park. The detached cottage can be reached by a small enchanted path - or you can drive comfortably up the mountain behind the house, park directly on the associated parking space and go down a wide staircase to the house. The cottage has a living-dining room, a bedroom and a bright bathroom as well as a large protected terrace.

The holiday home 'AusZeyt Edersee für 2' is located in Waldeck-Nieder-Werbe and is ideal for an unforgettable holiday for two. The 90 m² accommodation offers a cosy living area, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bedroom in Finnish log style, a bathroom with shower, and a guest WC. Here, two people will find plenty of space. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a fan, and satellite TV with streaming services.

The Mediterranean-style house "Bella Vista" is located on a sunny viewing platform over the lake, in the middle of idyllic nature, directly on the Jungle Trail and offers a fantastic view far over the lake, to the castle of Waldeck and the mountain ranges of the Kellerwald-Edersee National Park. The apartment "TOSCANA" is the "Kronjuwel" of the three apartments located in the house, which is elegantly and elegantly furnished.

In the idyllic village Königshagen you will find our beautifully restored half-timbered farmhouse. The village is beautifully situated at 360 meters above sea level, right on the edge of the vast Habichtswald. Ideal for walking and tranquility.   The house is very luxurious: three saunas, two bathrooms, pool table and much more! There’s lots to do in the area. Especially around the Nationalpark Kellerwald-Edersee.

The city tax for holiday guests is already included in the price.

Build in 1717 by the Prince of Waldeck, the historical monument water mill lies lonely in the midst of dreamlike nature in the natural reserve Wattertal. Affectionately restored, we offer you 6 dreamlike rooms for your holidays, seminars or events. Unfortunately, due to the sharp rise in energy prices, I have to charge an additional fee, which is noted under the "Cleaning" item.
