It's adjacent to a city bike trail that links to the Pumpkinvine nature/bike trail. It's close to a train crossing (with whistle) and a busy street.

I have to warn you definitely not a hook up spot or party house!!! typically rise with rooster on this 5 acre country setting with a small fishing pond. 420 friendly .. Quiet hours are 11 -8 generally some music playing, musicians are welcome !! if you happen to book on a Sunday i host an Open Mic in my Barn every Sunday ..... pretty relaxed. Upon arriving, turn into the driveway, and then right into the yard. Apartment is upstairs, the door is open with the keys inside. ✌️

On beautiful Pretty Lake, 11 miles from Culver, 25 Miles from University of ND. 18 hole public golf course on the west end of PL. 3 twin beds and 2 queen size beds in the bedrooms. A queen size sofa sleeper located in tv room. A new dishwasher, furnace and window air conditioners for the summer months. A kayak, 4 paddle boards, and a paddle boat are available to you. Dogs are welcome, max. 2, with a great yard to run and play. Due to liability, the speed boat and golf cart are not available.

South Bend, 1 Bedroom Cottage Built in 1912

South Bend historic cottage in the National Historic District of Chapin Park. Close to Notre Dame. One dog is welcome. No cats. There is a queen sized bed and a sofa, NOT sofa bed in the sitting room. This cottage built in 1912. Private and cozy, the cottage has a big screen TV, wifi and a gourmet kitchen. The owner lives almost directly behind and is available and happy to assist. Chapin Park's tree-lined, brick streets and diverse historic architecture are charming. No smoking.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This one bedroom with hide a bed cottage has a beachy theme. It shares a fire pit and patio with owner. Access to pier if you bring your boat. Or you can fish or swim off the pier. Pets are allowed and it is gated. Off street parking is provided. There is a local brewery and other restaurants nearby. 30 minutes to South Bend and 20 minutes to Plymouth. We look forward to sharing our cute little cottage on the lake. Managed by Deb Minich.

Enjoy a large kitchen, dining room and large family room along with three bedrooms (upstairs) and two full baths (1 up and 1 down). The rural atmosphere is perfect for walks or evening fires (we have a fire ring, lawn chairs, and some wood). Enjoy the night sky with a view of the stars and constellations. This TINY studio is located in an old 4-unit apartment house, so there is some in-house sound transfer. Our neighborhood is usually quiet, but not always. See the LOCATION section under the map to read a description of our neighborhood. *Winter Note: We shovel the walkways at the Airbnb, but not usually until later in the day. So mornings might be snowy.
