It is fully private with a separate back entrance. We are within 1-2 miles away from grocery stores, restaurants(San Lucas Tex Mex & Cantina) , fast food restaurants(American deli, Zaxby’s,Dairy Queen) and Dunking Donuts. Less than a mile away from neighborhood park. Disclaimer: It’s a private basement. No guests are allowed upstairs!
