The approximately 240 m² holiday apartment is spread over the ground floor and the first floor. Linens and towels are included. Up to 24 people possible on request. From 17 payers, a bedroom with a bathroom is added.

Experience your vacation at the historic farmstead Ippenwarf. Surrounded by the Fehntjer Tief, the apartment is in a secluded location in the middle of the countryside. We live on the farm ourselves and are available at any time. The house was newly built in 2022. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. There is a double bed and a sofa bed. You have the option to rent a canoe directly from us, go on long bike rides or walks, fish on the property and much more.
