Well kept clean 1 bedroom basement apartment with a separate private entrance. 2 people live upstairs so there should not be much noise travel. BE AWARE THIS IS ON A GRAVEL ROAD ABOUT TWO MILES FROM TOWN. Local Hospital is about 10 minute drive. Indian Hills Community College is about 8 minute drive. Country living! 12 Minutes to the center of Ottumwa. No Pets allowed! No Smoking, No Candles. Be aware there is not a washer and dryer.

Beautiful private setting, fully furnished modern apartment available as 1 or 2 bedroom in central part of the city. This property is centrally located in Ottumwa. Within five minutes of the hospital, John Deere facilities, JBS facilities, high school, restaurants, courthouse, park, downtown within 5 to 10 minutes of the mall area. Several churches in the area. No animals allowed.
