The apartment is equipped with a shower bath, spacious living / dining area and two separate bedrooms. In the living area there is a sofa bed. The apartment is located on the 1st floor and stretches over two levels. The fully equipped kitchen as well as the open living room and bathroom are located in the lower area; the bedrooms in the upper area.

Various seating, a grill, smoker and a fire pit are also provided.
