Vacation rentals with a firepit in Warren County

This was a lovely, peaceful spot! We enjoyed the proximity to Shenandoah National Park for hiking. The river was an added bonus! The house had absolutely everything we could have needed from spices to nightlights to great wifi.

I can't say enough positive things about this home! It's beautiful, well-stocked (the kitchen has everything you need to make all your meals), and peaceful. The view off the back deck is unreal. This was a perfect house for 6 of us to use for a weekend trip to Shenandoah National Park. Kari was a phenomenal host. There was a very minor issue with something on the back deck, but she resolved it incredibly quickly and was very responsive to all of our questions. Thank you Kari for an awesome weekend!

It’s a very cute house, we really enjoyed our stay. We had no cell service but there is WiFi so it all worked out great! It’s the woods so there are some bugs inside but nothing too bad. It’s a great place, easy to get to as well. I’d definitely stay here again!

It was a was a perfect get away for my friends and me. We didn’t even leave the house we enjoyed it so much. We didn’t get to use the outdoor areas much because of rain, but there was plenty to do in the house. I would stay there again.

I spent a few days in the Shenandoah Valley with three of my children. We arrived a bit early, Charlene was ready for our arrival, and she let us into the property before the official start time. Charlene took time to explain various aspects of the property, advised us where all the amenities were, and showed us how to use the hot tub. The property itself is charming and very functional. The kitchen and primary living area are on the top floor, which I really liked. The sleeping quarters are below, which lends itself to a more comfortable sleep. My kids commented that they felt very comfortable the entire trip. The outdoor amenities are fantastic. The hot tub works perfectly and we used the fire pit twice for s'mores and hotdogs. As a bonus, my kids were given a tour of Charlene's chicken coops and they played with the chickens and chicks. Special thanks for the wonder welcome gift. I was not expecting it and I won't give away Charlene's secret here. We will return!

Great place to stay while visiting Shenandoah National Park. Fenced in yard was perfect for our dog. Host also provided travel crib for our little one.

Greg’s place is exactly what we’d hoped it would be; beautiful setting, quaint, quiet, fully appointed, clean, comfy, close to town, and if you’re lucky you’ll get tons of puppy love from Nemo, the resident ambassador of goodwill. Thank you for a wonderful Christmas stay so that we could be closely located to our daughter’s home in Purcellville, and completely at home in your home.

The lower level private entrance apartment was very nice with all new furnishings, comfortable bed and sofa, smart TV, plenty of books and games. The kitchen was well appointed with high end small appliances ( microwave oven, toaster oven, single pan cooktop, Ninja coffee maker and an under the counter with complimentary goodies ( sweet muffins English Muffins, butter, cream cheese, Starbucks ground coffee and orange juice) and some small bag snacks (popcorn and chips). The bathroom was very nice with plenty of towels and complimentary shampoo and conditioner. Judy was a very gracious and friendly host with quick responses to any questions or sought after recommendations. She gave us 4 wineries to try and we loved all 4 of them. You can’t go wrong with this Airbnb.

Cindy's place was AMAZING! She truly thought of everything. The location was beautiful and peaceful. The apartment was thoughtfully decorated with sweet little nooks to relax and enjoy the scenery. There was even a dog shower in the garage for the dogs when we got back from a muddy hike. I will definitely return!

Fantastic! Very clean and comfortable. Would absolutely stay there again! Secluded and quiet. Be aware that the very last bit of the road is gravel, so watch out with very low clearance sports cars.

We loved staying here while visiting our college student in Front Royal. Location was great, snacks were very thoughtful and coffee options were nice. There was Kuerig, Nespresso, and a french press. Cute decor. Thank you for the hospitality, will visit here again.

Highly recommend staying at Kay’s place and we hope to return some day. The space is so comfortable and has everything you need including SO MANY snacks Kay thoughtfully put out. The property is amazingly peaceful, we loved watching the horses or walking on the doubletrack path around the mountain that started directly from their house. Kay was so friendly and we felt right at home.

Roomy space in a historic building and quiet area. Very unique property and simple instructions from the host. Lots of restaurant options and people watching in the Old Town pedestrian mall.

Lovely getaway in scenic Middleburg— perfect for a long weekend or escape from the city. Our host Trace went above and beyond with local recommendations, and I’m glad we took her recs— they were superb. Checking in and out was a breeze and we are refreshed and revitalized after a relaxing weekend away!

The house is so cozy and cute really great for a small group of friends or for a family trip. Lexa is such an amazing host she responds quick and helped meet us with our special requests, overall just makes you feel welcome and taken care of. The photos don’t do the view justice it really is amazing just getting to look out and listen to all the bird singing in the morning. Overall would definitely recommend staying here even if it for just a one night getaway, we will for sure be back.

This was an absolutely beautiful location. It was so nice to wake up to the beautiful views, to hang out by the campfire at night, and spend time in the hot tub. There’s lots of hiking and out door activities very close by too. It feels very peaceful and private, perfect for what we were looking for. Mark was a great host and everything was easy to access and use.

The house was perfect tor our family retreat. There were 8 adults and two infants so we especially loved the spaciousness . The hot tub and as very much enjoyed, as was the two person sauna. There was a Pack ‘N Play for one infant to sleep in, and a high chair available so one couple had less packing to do. There was a kitchen was fully equipped; everything you needed for cooking and eating was there in ample supply. The big sign at the bottom of the driveway was a godsend for those arriving in the dark. Overall, it was a terrific setting for us, and we would go there again.

This property was a dream. The views from the front porch, the fire pit, the gazebo, the wooded trails....we never wanted to leave! The bunkhouse feels spacious and airy, but you will want to be outside all day and all night! Our kids enjoyed the huge grassy hill in front and exploring in the forest next to the house. Maureen recommended the Buzzard Rock hike, and it was the perfect amount of challenge, views and interesting terrain. It was about a 15 minute drive through the goregous National Forest. We will definitely be back to make more memories ay this lovely, secluded haven.

This lovely cabin home was everything we were looking for - easy access to Shenandoah and Luray caverns, peaceful areas to rest and relax on the property while getting to see some of the local deer and birds, and cozy rooms to really wind down after hiking and adventuring. We were very satisfied by our stay!

We really enjoyed staying at Culin’s cabin! It was a beautiful place, very clean, well-stocked, and was the picture of how great Airbnb can be. Close to Shenandoah, close to the Skyline caverns, and beautiful nature surrounding. Heard amazing birds and it was super quiet on the inside. Culin was friendly, helpful, responsive, gave good local recommendations, and was proactive about reaching out to us with information in the days leading up to the reservation. Would definitely stay here again!

The location couldn’t have been better, with the river right in front of the house, making for a truly relaxing experience. The master bedroom’s balcony overlooking the river was the perfect spot to unwind. On top of that, the host was super friendly and always available. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat and highly recommend it!
