This is a designer-furnished Granny Flat located at the back of our property, with its own private entrance and complete privacy. The pool, spa, and backyard are exclusively yours — no one else shares these spaces. Just so you’re aware, my wife and I live in the main house at the front. While you may occasionally hear us, we’re very quiet and respectful of your space. Your retreat is fully private, we absolutely respect that. Located a few minutes walk to a public wharf with ferries to Woy Woy, local cafe and general store; a few minutes drive to the beautiful Bouddi coastal walk, restaurants and shops. You will enjoy your private space with a separate entrance. Friendly chickens and cat might pay you a visit. Feel free to play the piano or borrow our bikes during your stay.
