Vacation rentals with a sauna in Warringah Council

An excellent location with stunning views. It meant that we could walk everywhere easily which was exactly what we wanted. Gail was extremely helpful with checkin which helped when we had just come from a very long flight!

Absolutely loved our stay! Ping was such a kind and thoughtful host—she welcomed us in person, which was such a lovely touch and made us feel instantly at ease. The place itself was beautiful, with a breathtaking view that we never got tired of. The location was ideal—peaceful but still close to everything we needed. The amenities were exactly as described, and the space was clean, cozy, and well-equipped. What really stood out was how Ping went the extra mile to accommodate our special requests before we arrived—her attention to detail was truly appreciated. Check-in was super smooth, and the entire experience felt effortless from start to finish. Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a relaxing, well-hosted getaway!

We enjoyed our stay at the Rock. It was close to everything . The view from the living room was spectacular. Ash was very responsive and he went out of his way to provide us a smooth check in and met us there and showed us the place. The kitchen had everything we needed. We cooked everyday at least once. The train and bus is within walking distance. The opera house and bridge is 10 min walk.There was a supermarket close by we bought what we needed for breakfast. Thank you Ash.

Superb apartment in a very convenient location - close to shops and transport links. Easy to get into Sidney centre. Balmain is a delightful suburb full of interesting shops and facilities. Yes there are steps but so worth the views across the city. Thoroughly recommend and would happily return.

Chantal's communication was exceptional and the check-in instructions were so easy to follow. Throughout our reservation she ensured we had everything we needed to have a relaxing and enjoyable stay. This cosy apartment looks great and has everything you will need for an excellent getaway. A close walk to Darling Harbour, this was a perfect spot for our stay.

Staying in Zak's little suite has been absolutely fabulous. You can really feel that Zak takes pride in his place, and he did everything to share it with us so that we could enjoy it just as much. Thank you for that! The suite is decorated with a very personal touch, which is such a wonderful contrast to a sterile hotel suite. You have an exciting sense of style, Zak! We thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful rooftop pool, sauna, and spa area—simply fantastic to take a dip while soaking in that breathtaking view.

John was so helpful, responded quickly and extremely accommodating. His place is stunning! So clean, close to everything, spectacular views and had everything there! I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in sydney!

Great, enjoyable stay - a home away from home Location is very central and close to different transportation options / main sites. The apartment is well stocked. The balcony and its accompanying view is incredible. My favorite part was sitting there in the morning seeing the sun rise. Host is amazing - very communicative and went out of her way to help me several times! Would definitely stay here again

Duncan’s apartment was perfect for us with all amenities we needed for a 10 day stay, in a secure complex. Lovely decor, super comfortable bed and sofa, well equipped kitchen. Location convenient to Kings Cross train station and buses. Restaurants abound in this charming neighbourhood. A short walk to the city, harbour and many tourist attractions. Duncan was a considerate and proactive host.

Great location with Darling Harbour over the road, good sized apartment and facilities for 4 adults and one toddler. Cot and high chair really good. Pool and view of fireworks from rooftop was great. Some fixtures and fittings could do with upgrading but didn’t detract from our enjoyment. Easy walking to Supermarket, once found. Would have been useful if there was information pack, supermarket/pharmacy locations, Wi-Fi info, TV channel availability.. We would certainly book this again.

Super comfortable and convenient place to stay in Olympic Park. IGA (with bottle shop) within easy walking distance along with Showground, Accor Stadium and Qudos Bank Arena. Sylvia was so pleasant and easy to contact and her instructions are very clear to find everything. Extremely comfortable for a family to stay and you don’t feel like you’re living on top of one another like you would in a hotel. The area was quiet too, we didn’t even hear the fireworks from the Easter Show given how close we were. My family looks forward to staying again soon.

Amazing location, views stunning over looking darling bay. Ferry's a stones throw that take you just about anywhere. Everything you need is at the property bar food. Would be staying again if I go back. Can't fault it

Richard was an attentive host and provided us with prompt and clear instructions. He greeted us and guided us to parking and then showed us around the property. The property is divine. Two spacious bedrooms in a great building with a wonderful pool, spa and gym. Less than a hundred yards from the Star Casino and just a stones throw from Darling Harbor. What was really good was having a full Metro Woolworths supermarket right outside the door. Loved the whole experience. Thoroughly recommend this property and it's owners.

Wagtail is a beautiful property, my friends and I had a lovely weekend on the beautiful Hawkesbury River. David’s property was fully equipped, we really enjoyed using the fire place, jacuzzi and outdoor spa. David’s communication was great, we also checked out the local cafe for the rental tinnie boats and food. 10/10!

My family of four have enjoyed a lovely extended stay at the Manor Holgate whilst our home is being renovated. The home is lovely, cosy and has everything we could need for an enjoyable stay. What sets this place apart are the stunning, manicured gardens and grounds surrounding the property. It is such a private and peaceful property, the tall trees and lush dense bushland are so beautiful - you wont get tired of sitting out on the verandah relaxing amongst it all. My children have loved exploring and going on adventures down to the creek, running around the grassy lawns and swimming in the pool (just be weary of leeches!) Lane has been a fantastic, friendly and responsive host, accommodating us with a very last minute booking and has ensured we have everything we need for a comfortable stay. She has also helped us with a couple of special requests which we are so grateful for. We highly recommend staying at the Manor for your next relaxing getaway, you won’t be disappointed!

We had an incredible stay at Ryan & Louisa’s place. The property is perched on a hill with breathtaking views overlooking the beach—absolutely stunning at all times of day. The house itself is spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed with amazing attention to detail. It’s packed with amenities, including a beautiful pool and a relaxing sauna, making it the ideal escape from city life. Only about an hour from Sydney, but it feels like a world away. Ryan and Louisa were incredibly responsive and welcoming throughout. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay—highly recommended!

Felt right at home, We've stayed multiple times at Janelle's home because it is our home away from home. The property has everything you need to have a great time away it ticks all the boxes hence why we always come back.

Thank you Irene and Mat for hosting this beautiful place for us to stay during the Easter break. We fully enjoy it. The property is well located in Gorokan, just 1.5 hour drive from Sydney. 5 minutes drive from the Lake Haven Shopping Centre and close to Wallarah Recreation Club and Wyong Leagues Club where you can get a hearty meal and enjoy the nightly band performance. The neighborhood is quiet and the streets are clean. The property is fresh, new, light-filled, airy, comfortable and spacious. The first thing you see after entering is the DREAM KITCHEN with a massive island and huge fridge. Every utensil you can think of can be found in the cabinet, all brand new hardly ever used. I especially like the sofa in the living area with reclining features. Very comfy. Every corner is well thought through. The decor and the furniture are well placed, practical and beautiful. The backyard is flat and well kept with a covered area and a sunny lawn. Bed linen of good quality

The place was perfect for our girls' trip. The place is much bigger than we thought from photos which was great to have lots of room. Very close to the Bouddi coastal walk which was very beautiful. Local pizza shop was delicious, too.
