Ocean View Tent Site T3

AminRating, 5 stars8 months ago
We stayed at this campsite for one night on our way to Shi Shi Beach. Though we had to leave early and couldn't stay longer, we really enjoyed our time here. The campsite was clean, well-maintained, and the location by the ocean is absolutely stunning. We hope to return for a longer stay!

Best View Around: Luxury Camping

TomRating, 5 stars7 months ago
Amazing stay! I wanted a romantic weekend getaway trip to propose to my partner, and the glamping setup was absolutely perfect. It's such an incredible spot—the view is unparalleled, and you feel like you are staying on your own private hillside with virtually nothing around. We were blown away, so peaceful and romantic. I also need to leave a special shout-out to Mary, who left some extra touches for our special event. I also messed up a couple of things, and she was a gracious and generous host—including driving a lost item to us a little out of town. Thank you, Mary! I was a little worried about heading there in the tail season, but a heat pump inside the tent and a heated blanket kept things warm when needed. Luckily, we did not get any rain, but the tent is roomy enough that you could comfortably hang out in there for a while. As others have said, the toilet was probably the cleanest I have ever seen. This is really a luxurious camping experience! We will be back!

Campsite by the River

TriciaRating, 5 stars10 months ago
This was a very nice place to camp, right on the Cowlitz river. We brought our tent and set it up in the trees, not in the main grassy area. Things to know that would be helpful - The campsite is right on the Cowlitz - we took some kayaks up to the Packwood river access about 4 miles down the road and kayaked back to the campsite which was great fun! The bathrooms have showers that have hot water. Cleaned daily, and much better than typical camp site bathrooms - a real advantage. However, be aware that they are a long walk from the glamping hut, about a 5-10 min walk depending on what site you reserved. If you camp in the open grassy area it is closer. There is only only campfire site - it is a communal site, so you will be sharing with others. Some people like this, others do not, but its good to know in advance. There are no signs directing you where to go, not even a sign at the turn off the road, so use your GPS. Overall a fabulous, quiet weekend camping!

Coastland Campsite #1 near Rialto beach w/ SAUNA!

KimberlyRating, 5 stars8 months ago
The camping spot is in a field with trees and a hill up to an outdoor communal kitchen that we found very helpful. The outhouses were very clean. The sauna was incredible. And the proximity to Rialto beach made a sunset viewing super easy.

Hidden Creek Hideaway

JanetRating, 5 stars1 month ago
The hideaway is such a cozy spot with the most comfortable bed I’ve slept on in a long time. My partner enjoyed tending to the fire and cooking on the wood stove, and I enjoyed the fruits of both. Although the tent is on the same property as their home, it’s completely hidden from sight and feels like its own little world.

Glamping in the magical forest of Elfendahl

CharlotteRating, 5 stars6 months ago
Our whole family had a great time at Gary’s! The amenities on site are amazing and Gary is a very welcoming host. The play area, bunnies, and chickens were favorites! Gary’s instructions and tips were very helpful - we didn’t need much to have an enjoyable stay because there is so much on site already!

Camper/Tent group site with limited amenities

JoandrewRating, 5 stars8 months ago
This is a perfect peaceful spot for group or family bonding, ideal for outdoor enthusiasts. Many nearby hiking trails offer scenic views, lakes, and waterfalls. We hiked to Baker Hot Spring on our first day and explored Diablo Lake with our watercraft. The weather was perfect, making for a great long weekend escape. The host was friendly, and we highly recommend this campsite.

Cascade Woodland Tenting

MartinRating, 5 stars7 months ago
Thanks for letting us stay for just a quick night to watch the Aurora. The fireplace / kitchen area were really nice, but unfortunately we couldn't get a fire going. The bunk tent and bathroom areas were very clean. It was glamping. Simple. Nice. We even got a thermos of hot water delivered in the evening and morning.

Billy was so friendly and helped us back to our campsite even when we arrived later than we said we’d be. The grass is nice and cushy for tent camping and there some cute cows and chickens and other animals we saw on our way out.

Glamping on a Hobby Farm in Bow

AmyRating, 5 stars7 months ago
This is a lovely place on a cute farm. The tent was cozy with a comfortable bed and I loved the fresh flowers they left for us. It has it's own camp outhouse/bathroom that even has a few plants in it. This is in a great area close to both Anacortes and Bellingham so there is plenty to do in the area. Really pleasant place to stay.

Beachfront Family Glamping

ShawnRating, 5 stars9 months ago
I needed to find a place on the peninsula at the last minute after a backpacking trip fell through. I found the pacific dunes resort and wished i had made it my primary plans. I was able to get out on the beach for some exercise, enjoy a fire inside the fireplace, and get some much needed rest. The space inside was more than I needed and very comfortable. the bed was huge! This was a much better value and experience than staying in a hotel or condo. Also, I was in quite a jam before arriving at the property. The owners and their family seemed ready to help me out with my predicament which was incredibly kind. They're ready to go above and beyond for their guests.
