Our neighbors love that we DO NOT ALLOW parties & LATE NIGHT, AFTER 9pm outdoor activities. We are required to limit the total number of individuals at our home to no more than 10 at any time, including visitors. Include visitors in guest count. At the end of a quiet cul-de-sac on 2 acres. When we are not using our 2nd home, it is available for Airbnb guests. Our family home since 1986; when I designed & personally built it for my parents. Perfect bungalow for single, couple, or small family. Living area has double sofa bed. Tiny home with many unique features. Fire pit at river's edge for relaxing or roasting marshmallows, and a gas grill on the dining patio. Two sit-in kayaks available and more can be rented nearby.

The Guesthouse on Schoolhouse Lake has been in my family 1926. A great work & play space. A Sleep Number Bed or an incline bed &/a great lake view. Therapeutic saltwater hot tub, OPEN 24/7/365. Create a meal for 2 or BBQ with friends. Explore the lakes in kayaks, pedal boat or paddle board. We're 5 miles from Pine Knob Music & Ski & Great Lakes Crossing, Clarkston. Close by are Somerset Mall, M1 Concourse, Pontiac, Rochester & Chrysler TC & Tier-1 suppliers. DETROIT is a 55min drive.

Private Lake House Suite

Very nice private suite in lake house on col de sac at private lake in our home. If you like peace and quiet in nature setting this is it. Property is on a hillside, so guests are required to use steps and slanted walkways. We live above the suite and would like to share this beautiful place with you. Parking: please park on the street right in front of our house. Don't turn around in the neighbor's driveway across the street.

Beautiful lake cottage nestled on Cooley Lake is powered by the sun. You can be too in this nearby getaway. We are the first house off the lake on a short canal. Come get away for a night or longer and take in the lake life in one of our kayaks, canoe, paddle-board or fishing gear - all included.. We have many wonderful restaurants nearby or use the grocery nearby and make meals in the fully furnished kitchen.
