Fully remodeled guesthouse studio on a 1/2 acre property. This unit has its own private outdoor area furnished with a gas BBQ and an outdoor dining table. It has a full size bathroom with a modern shower panel and modern quiet heating/cooling system. The kitchen is small so there is no oven; instead there is a microwave/Air fryer/ Oven Combo. A two burner cooktop and a toaster /Coffee maker combo. The Futon turns into a comfy queen bed. Plenty of parking space available on the property as well.

This walkout basement is like a fully furnished apartment; totally independent, nothing is shared with our guests. Has it's own (private): large furnished kitchen, dining table, fridge, TV(Netflix, Prime, HULU, Disney+, ESPN2..) bathroom, outdoor fire place, washer&dryer, 2 queen (one of which is sofa bed) and 1 twin beds. It is located in a peaceful newly built neighborhood with in couple of miles to Southland mall, recreation center and close to Airport. Has its own private access and gate.

Are you tired of the hustle and bustle of city life and need a breath of fresh air? Our Country Cube offers a quiet space to kick back by the fire, relax in the hammock, or play some cornhole while you watch the sunset. The tiny house is located on our 10-acre property surrounded by native grasses which is home to plenty of wildlife. Enjoy easy living inside with card games or Netflix. It is a 40-minute drive to DIA, 30 minutes to Brighton and the Wild Animal sanctuary is just 10 minutes away.

Owners live in the home. If you’re okay with that, we’d love to host you! Watch your apps on the Smart TV. We offer an electric blanket for extra coziness in winter. A walk-in closet with a mini refrigerator and coffee machine ready for you. You have your own dedicated bathroom, less than 5 steps away from your room. Please note that the main entrance is shared, no private entrance for this room. Street parking is available, usually in front of the of our home. Please no parking on driveway.

I'm a quick 20-25 minutes from the airport on a quiet cul-de-sac. There's space to park in my driveway or on the street. This bedroom is upstairs and the bathroom is shared with my roommate. In the summer I put a window air conditioner and fan in the room. There is a mini fridge in the room. You have access to the kitchen, front and back patio areas and a living room with a tv with ROKU. Friendly cat allowed outside. Smoking is only allowed on the back patio. I am 420 friendly.

You get your own bathroom. House is located in a nice neighborhood and 10 minutes from DIA (Tower rd and 64th). Also within 15 minutes walking distance from the Gaylord hotel. Since this is a basement studio, you will hear people walking above but this is a quiet house.
