Vacation rentals with a patio in Weare

We had a great time, the house was very clean and comfortable. It has beautiful views, and a nice park across the street. It is a quick drive to downtown Salem, which was nice. We definitely recommend staying here!

the Garrett was the perfect place for our trip! we came into town for a festival, and the Garrett was the perfect location. it was so comfy and clean, and had a well stocked Keurig 😊 everything was an easy walk; we didn't use our car all weekend! it overlooks the Salem Common park and I loved people watching with my coffee in the mornings. the beds were super comfy and I loved the decor. Margaret was very thorough in her instructions and super helpful anytime we needed anything. we plan to stay here for next year's festival too!

Had a great stay…would love to stay again

My friends and I were traveling to play in a billiards competition and finding a comfortable place to sleep and convenient location is so important. This place checked all of our boxes and then some! There were kcups for the coffeemaker and the hot chocolate was such a pleasant surprise. We had to play our competition at a private club that happened to be a smoking bar so we were so happy that we got to refresh our clothes with the laundry available. Parking was easy and communication with the host was perfect. We were extremely happy with all aspects of our stay. I would highly recommend without hesitation!

This was my second stay in one of Michael's places. Enjoyed both times and would definitely come back. It's starting to feel like my home away from home 😊

This property is definitely within the top five Airbnb’s that I’ve ever stayed at! The apartment is absolutely beautiful with no detail missed. The kitchen was impeccable with light snacks provided and coffee/creamer, which is a huge plus for me. The bathroom was spotless with beautiful, plush towels and a lovely washer and dryer set. The living room was very comfortable with a reclining couch. The bed was very comfortable with plush linens. I can’t wait to stay again when I’m working in town.

We were traveling as a group of 7 for a wedding in Nahant. Location was ideal. House was spacious with a few different places to hang out. I don't remember if the description said that the 2nd bathroom is off the master bedroom, but no one used the master bedroom so it would be accessible to everyone for use. Beds and bedrooms were good. Overall, a great experience

It was so nice, quiet, private and much more. The wooded view from the balcony with the nice breeze was nice. Everything was clean and is a nice place if you’re in and out of the town or just visiting in general. I would highly recommend!

We had such a wonderful time at Ryan’s!! The house was so quaint and peaceful. The yard was great for our family. House was super clean and had everything we needed. Local food recommendations were on point. Yamas is a MUST for dinner. Go with a hearty appetite because servings are BIG:)Tthanks for a memorable weekend.

We had a great stay at Sally and Noava’s place! The surroundings were so peaceful and beautiful, truthfully a cabin in the woods. The house was perfectly clean and relaxing. The hosts were so responsive making it that much more comfortable of a stay. We would definitely come back here again!

Behind an unassuming exterior façade, the interior was truly remarkable from an interior design and furnishing perspective. Not only were the furniture, linens and glassware spectacular, The overall result was a beautiful and tranquil retreat. We were super impressed and would love to return.

Lovely, super clean, beautifully decorated home. Everything you need (except a toaster). Huge yard was totally enjoyed by my doggie. 2 Gun shots nearby were shocking, guess it's hunting season in the woods (at least this city girl hopes that is reason). Only issues were dripping shower head, no stopper to take bath in deep soaker tub, and could not turn down heat for sleeping. Overall great 1st airbnb experience for me.

This beautiful home is all you could ask for in a peaceful getaway. Every room was immaculate. Warm and inviting, it felt like home from the moment we walked in the door. Lauren's proactive communication put us at ease before we even arrived. Detailed entry instructions (with pictures!) made sure this was a stress-free process every step of the way. Every room was spotless and cozy. The pictures capture the rooms accurately, but they could d never show the hundreds of thoughtful touches that make this feel like home away from home. We loved the layout and only wish we had more time there. Whether watching a movie by the fireplace or eating dinner in the dinning room, this place was perfection. We spent a day in Concord and days in Boston and this location is ideally situated to explore both. If we're ever back in the area, we would love to go back. We will definitely be visiting our family again and now are thrilled to know we have a wonderful Airbnb to stay at while visiting. It has all the amenities you might need and more, as well as entertainment, such as games, TV, and children’s outdoor and indoor activities. We will be back to visit before long. My partner and I had the best time here! We loved every second of it and didn’t want to leave. It was the perfect size and very cozy. Joshua was an extremely nice host. What a gem of a place for our girl's weekend! This home is in a great location right near the town commons that makes it easy to traverse Salem and all that it has to offer, so stay here if you want to check out the local bars, restaurants, stores, museums, and waterfront. We used Alex's place as a home base to explore both Salem and Boston, and the house is easily walkable from the Salem train station that can get you to and from Boston. Alex was so considerate, and even got us local coffee and cupcakes as a welcome present -- she is by far the most thoughtful host we've ever had! We would absolutely stay here again (and again)!

Edna thought of every little detail of what we would need to make our stay comfortable. Wished we could stay longer but definately will be back!

Great accomodations at a great price especially during ice fishing derby weekend. Within minutes to Belmont Beach and Ahern State park for lake access and 20 mins to Derby HQ on main lake Winni. Centrally located to plenty of activities. Cozy accomodations and host was super informative pre-checkin or anything we needed. Although the game room is closed during winter, we are excited to come back in summer to utilize.
