This unique apartment is situated in the attic of a historic building, which is part of the rural buildings. Guests have 80 sq m at their disposal with a separate entrance. The apartment includes a large living room with a children's corner, 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room with a large table and a bathroom. Upon request, we provide a historic cellar where you can spend a pleasant evening by the fireplace and a glass of wine. Please let us know if you wish to use the basement after booking or upon arrival.

This cottage, built in the American style in 2025, is truly special. It is directly adjacent to a pond where, in addition to koi carp, many birds are active. The toilet-shower building is right next to it but is a separate building, which is nice if you are with several guests. Shower water is electrically heated. Heating and cooling is done by means of a heat pump. The large panoramic window offers not only a magnificent view of the pond but also the surrounding countryside.

The Wolf Apartment-is a loft of a single-family house arranged for guests' needs. It consists of two spacious bedrooms, each with a large bed and a sofa bed; a living room with an equipped kitchenette with a sofa bed; and a bathroom. The shared area with the hosts is a closed vestibule, from which there are stairs leading to the floor. Because we live on the ground floor, we prefer quiet guests, families with children. This place has led us to build a home in natural technologies, harmonizing with the environment, designed to be a pleasure to spend time in it.

120 km from Berlin in the Wartamündung National Park and the bird republic you will find this house. It stands on a large farm on which we also live. This unique place has a style all its own. The house is an open gallery house. There are no closed rooms except for the bathroom. The house is heated by a fireplace in the cold season. The glazed terrace catches the sun's rays from spring to fall and is often used.
