The Bunk House

Join us on our Ranch just minutes from the Lincoln National Forest. Where hiking, hunting and ATV adventures are at your back door. This is a working ranch, so you will be amongst cattle, horses and one handsome lama named Tony. Hunters welcomed, prime hunting in Unit 34, elk, deer, turkey and bear. Horseback riding enthusiastic pins available for extra charge. The unique rustic bunk house will be a peaceful getaway for you and your family. Wifi available, cell phone service is limited.

Fully remodeled open concept cabin. Features 3 private bedrooms, a large private bunk room that has a separate living area with 3 full size bunk beds, an open kitchen, family room area, and 3 full bathrooms . Outside you will find a beautiful covered wrap around deck featuring bbq grill, hot tub, and plenty of seating to enjoy breathtaking views. Accommodates 8-12 comfortably. The yard is zeroscaped including turfed areas for lawn games and an outdoor fire pit. NON-SMOKING cabin and no pets.

Arroyo Cabin

The Arroyo Cabin is situated in a quiet peaceful part of the Sacramento Mountains. The property is a working ranch so chickens and pigs are a few hundred yards from the cabin, along with cows on the premises. There will likely be a rooster crowing and possibly cows grazing around the cabin. They could potentially be curious about you or lick the windows of your car. The cabin has a large parking area where you can park your trailer. Also it is handicap accessible. (See in Pictures)

Fawn Passage

Fawn Passage is not your average cabin - it’s rustic luxury away from it all. We provide LOTS of extras - too many to list! We have a glass-front woodburner, TV, DVD movies, and a very well stocked kitchen. Upstairs we have a super comfortable queen size bed with electric mattress pad (fall/winter) and down comforter. Come up and get away from it all. You deserve it! We do not allow smoking inside or out, and we do not allow pets. We also strongly recommend chains or 4WD in the winter.

Just set on the large deck and enjoy the mountain and it just 6 miles from Cloudcroft. Joins the Lincoln National Forrest for trails and hiking, abundance of wildlife including elk, deer, turkey and seeing a occasionally bear and many different kinds of bird. Spring and Summer abundance of humming birds. Make great memories.

Close to skiing, and the quaint friendly village of Cloudcroft. Mountain roads will require 4 wheel drive and/or chains in the winter months.
