Die Städte Papenburg (17km) und Leer (20km) sind schnell zu erreichen. Auch die Nordseeküste und der Dollart, sowie die Niederlande sind nicht weit entfernt. Die FeWo ist mit allem, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht liebevoll eingerichtet. Sie liegt in der ersten Etage im Nebenhaus. Alleinige Nutzung!

The apartment is on the first floor of a small house with a quiet cul-de-sac location between the old village church, a Gulfhof and only 4 minutes' walk to the harbor and the ferry to Ditzum. Enjoy the wide view from the dike to the Ems estuary and the Dollart. Fresh sea air included. An ideal starting point for your excursions to the islands, Ditzum, the Krumhörn as well as the East Frisian cities of Emden, Leer and Aurich.

The two apartments on the first floor are lovingly furnished. From the living rooms of the two apartments, you have a very nice view of the harbor. The listed house was extensively renovated in 2020/21 with a lot of love. The tastefully furnished house has lost none of its charm and originality. Although the apartment is in my house, you have your own entrance area.
