Our romantic windmill (1874) is just a few miles from Amsterdam in wide green fields and along a meandering river: "Gein". Easy access to the A'dam. by car, train or by bike. You have the entire windmill to yourself. Three floors, 3 bedrooms with double beds: it easily sleeps 6, a kitchen, living, 2 toilets and a bathroom with bath/shower. Bikes available + kayak. Just leave some extra money if you did use them. No need to reserve ahead. Great swimming water and small landing just in front.

This beautiful studio with garden view in a family home is a peaceful place just 15 minutes away from the busy city center. The entrance to the house is communal, we live on the top floors, but the studio has its own entrance from the hallway and has private access to the garden with view on and entrance to a canal. The studio has a kitchen with basic cooking equipment (microwave, hot plates, pans, coffeemaker etc), shower, toilet and seating area to make your stay as convenient as possible.

By public transportation at the doorstep, you will be directly at the Arena/Ziggodome in 20 minutes and in 40 minutes to Amsterdam or Utrecht city center. Schiphol is 45 minutes by public transportation, 20 minutes by car. Outside the door is the river Angstel and the Vinkeveense lakes.

In a rural setting, in a unique place in the Randstad, is the Casa Petite vacation home. Originally an old barn, but renovated, preserved and equipped with every comfort. It is free-standing, has a private terrace with garden and private parking. Close by is a lot of culture, nature, beach and Amsterdam. The old drive-through barn has been converted into an independent residence with its own entrance. The upstairs double room has a very large bath with a view over the river. The downstairs room is a single room. Both with private bathroom. A nice hide-away with exceptional beautiful views.

The guest house is surrounded by meadows and adjacent to the Volgermeerpolder nature reserve: the ideal starting point for beautiful hiking and cycling trips through Waterland/Great Amsterdam. When you return to the cottage, you can enjoy the panoramic views and the most fantastic, colored sunsets both indoors and outdoors.

Feel welcome! Behind our house is De Schuur, a romantic, cozy and unique guest house, equipped with every comfort so that you can relax and enjoy yourself. Enjoy the Jacuzzi and sauna on the veranda. There is a gas BBQ and a lovely outdoor fireplace. (BBQ and outdoor fireplace for a fee) The bakery with fresh rolls is within walking distance. Sypesteyn Castle is across the road. Amsterdam and Utrecht +/-20 min.

The B&B is located in the village of Abcoude, a charming village just outside Amsterdam and close to Utrecht. Thanks to its central location, venues such as AFAS Live, the Ziggo Dome, and the Johan Cruijff Arena are easily and quickly accessible. On our farm, where the B&Bs are situated, we have cows and sheep, and two lovely Frisian Stabij dogs roam around.
