Chalet Heart³

The newly built wooden chalet was completed with a lot of love for detail in March 2024. It was built in a modern style and meets the highest energy requirements. The path from your own parking space, through the house, to the covered veranda with new, electrically heated hot tub was designed at ground level. Inside you can make yourself comfortable with the wood-burning stove and your own sauna (free of charge). The National Park cycling path and beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance.

Ameisberger - Country house

The holiday flat in Landhaus Ameisberg in Mitternschlag has a wonderful view of the mountains. The accommodation consists of a living room, 2 bedrooms with double beds, a gallery with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bathroom and a guest WC and thus offers space for 6 people. Facilities also include high-speed WiFi with a dedicated workstation for working from home, a washing machine, satellite TV, children's books and toys. A baby cot is also available.

With a terrace and a private garden for your exclusive use, the house provides space for peace and relaxation in a quiet natural setting. Hiking trails around Dreisessel and the Hochficht ski resort begin right outside the door. A true break from everyday life.

On the outskirts of Wegscheid in a quiet location you will find two very nice, newly renovated, family and child-friendly apartments. Just 5 minutes from our house is the Rannasee. The sports and leisure lake for all ages. Soak up the sun in one of the numerous swimming coves or get active, for example, with stand-up paddling, pedal boating, kayaking or beach volleyball. You will find an adventure playground and a 120 m long water slide on the bathing and fishing lake.

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Pure nature at the Dreiseithof all made of wood with horses, chickens, and plenty of space for your children. Directly from the property you can access the numerous hiking trails of the Schellenberg. Simbach am Inn / Braunau with all shops are 8 minutes by car. The Rottaler Bäderdreieck is in the immediate vicinity, Burghausen, Passau, Salzburg and Munich can be reached in less than an hour.

There is a garden in the property with furniture. Nearby you can go hiking. Schärding is 20 km away, Passau is 9 km away.

The chalet "Ferienchalet Schneiders" is located in Wegscheid and is perfect for an unforgettable vacation with your loved ones. The two-storey accommodation consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and 2 bedrooms. One of them has a separate bathroom with shower, bathtub and WC, while the other bedroom has a shower and WC. The chalet therefore offers space for 4 people. The equipment also includes WLAN and a Smart TV.
