Einfach aber gemütlich eingerichtet mit allem was zur Selbstversorgung benötigt wird. Das Apartment liegt in 365 Meter Höhenlage der schönen Nord-Eifelregion Mutscheid, neben unserem Hobby-Bauernhof (Kein Streichelzoo). Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen in und um Bad Münstereifel oder Ihre Auszeit. Kinderbücher/Spielsachen, Gesellschaftsspiele vorhanden.

Cozy "sun house" with a view into the distance

A quiet and cozy place with fantastic views of the vastness. The small house is called "Sonnenhaus" and is located in the wonderful, nature-surrounded town of Aremberg in the Eifel. The sun house has a living room, a bedroom (with double bed and desk) and a kitchen-living room with fireplace. There is an outdoor toilet. Showers are possible in the house opposite by arrangement. Since there is no heating except for the two fireplaces, the property is only rented in summer.

The EIFEL QUARTIER is a very individual, original accommodation with a modern pellet stove. It covers two floors and has an electric charging station. Here, pure living has been transferred to the modern age.
