Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. There is a lot of room for up to 4 people, areas to relax, cook or work. Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

Your vacation home is a fully equipped single-family home and offers you everything you need for daily use. The covered patio offers the opportunity to enjoy nature even in bad weather. The garden is spacious and a paradise for young and old.

Witch's house at the Spessart Forest

Idyllic tiny house in the middle of nature, on the edge of the Snow White town of Lohr am Main. In the house, built in 2022, there is a living area, kitchen, bathroom and a cozy bedroom in the attic. The private terrace overlooking the Spessart Forest invites you to dream. The hiking trail starts right outside the door. Two-legged friends are rarely seen here, but four-legged friends are. Our small zoo consists of dogs, cats and mini pigs.

Small apartment right on the Main, with separate entrance - family friendly. The apartment has a small kitchenette with a stove for cooking. A microwave for heating the dishes is also provided. The walk-in shower and toilet are also part of the small apartment. Ideal for overnight stays for up to two people. Washing machine, TV, hair dryer, iron and coffee maker are provided. Nearby restaurants and shopping are within walking distance.

Der „Fuchsbau“ im Spessart lädt nicht nur für Kurzurlaube ein, sondern bietet mit der voll ausgestatteten Wohnung genügend Möglichkeiten für einen ergiebigen Urlaub unter Paaren, Freunden oder mit der ganzen Familie. Die Nähe zur Natur spiegelt sich auch in der Wohnung mit viel Echtholz-Ambiente wieder. Der große Außenbereich und ein geräumiges Wohn-/Esszimmer bieten Raum einen Wandertag gemütlich ausklingen zu lassen.

Apartment in Hain, the gateway to the Spessart

The vacation rental is located in the attic of my house in the grove in the Spessart. The house itself is built on the slope, so the front door can be reached via 30 stairs. In the house itself, there are then 15 steps up. Number of Guests is limited to 3 here. If more guests want to come, please send a request. By arrangement, it is possible for more guests to come. A double air bed can still be placed.

Modern apartment in a quiet location of Aschaffenburg

The apartment in the attic is a new building and has good thermal insulation. The connection to the city center is by various bus lines (free on Saturdays) or a walk of approx. 30 minutes. Shopping (Aldi, Denn's, Edeka, dm, bakeries, butchers, Sparkasse, pharmacy) are within walking distance in a few 100 meters. Extensive discoveries in the field and forest can start after a few minutes walk.
