Our spacious apartment is in the center of the wine town of Schäftersheim on the thoroughfare in the lovely Tauber Valley. The apartment is on the ground floor and has barrier-free access. The apartment is the ideal accommodation for visitors to the Romantic Road. The bike path "lovely Tauber Valley" the magnificent castle "almost at the front door. The city of Rothenburg ob der Tauber can be reached in less than 30 km along the Romantic Road.

The 500-year-old house was completely renovated in 2021. Enjoy a relaxing evening on the sofa under an elaborately restored stucco ceiling from the Baroque period, take a look at the historical details that can be found throughout the apartment and feel completely at home in the lovingly furnished apartment. Two bedrooms with double bed and separate bathroom, well-equipped kitchen and only 2 minutes' walk from the river bank with swimming bay.

Welcome to the "Lovely Tauber Valley"! at Heidi's Lerchennest. Weikersheim with its castle was the ancestral seat of the Lords of Hohenlohe. Just 50 meters from Weikersheim train station. Ideal starting point to start cycling tours on the famous "Romantic Road" or to visit the Renaissance castle in Weikersheim. Charging options for an electric car and e-bikes are provided. Bicycles can be safely parked in the garage. After a strenuous bike excursion, you can relax in the infrared sauna inside the apartment.

The Schlosser Turm is part of the old city fortification from the 14th century. It is centrally located in the village and parking is available on site. Wi-Fi is also installed in this historic tower. The tower has been completely renovated and is available for booking from September 2020. It's an exceptional place to stay in the beautiful Tauber Valley.
