The flair of the building is unique and so the apartment is suitable for a business trip as well as for a private visit to Linz. Linz is usually not discovered at the first sight. Enjoy the natural beauty surrounding this historic home. An attempt was made to combine historical with a modern standard, so dishwasher, oven, fridge, filter coffee machine are available in the built-in kitchen, but at the same time the historic masonry was preserved. A wood stove provides cozy, crackling warmth, an electric heater does not let you freeze if the wood stove stays cold. In the living room you will find SATELLITE TV and Wi-Fi in the entire house.

Fast WLAN, parking, private access, open fireplace outside and cozy pellet stove inside, the existing swimming pond can be shared.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. However, there are also many other possibilities in the nearby region. Hiking or shopping is possible nearby. From April to October, a restaurant and museum in the annex can be visited in the afternoon or evening on weekends or public holidays. Cultural events such as musical theater, exhibitions and museums as well as city tours are a 15-minute drive away.

The newly built house is located in a quiet location 20km outside of Linz. The best and easiest way to reach it is via the motorway A7 exit Engerwitzdorf or by train from the station Lungitz. You have the whole first floor to yourself: The bedroom is lockable. You have your own bathroom with a bathtub and your own living room with a desk and TV. You can also use the pool. Final cleaning for free.

Our cottage is located in a semi-secluded forest by the Stropnice River. Although it may not look like it at first glance, there are neighbors nearby, but they are not visible from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by the crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the terrace. There is no wifi in the cottage, so enjoy the time spent together.
