Hexenhaus am Waldrand - Fichtelsee

Sweet little cottage in an idyllic, quiet forest edge location on a garden plot. Great panoramic view of the valley over Fichtelberg-Neubau. In the immediate vicinity of Lake Fichtel and the Naabquelle, it is the perfect starting point for hikes and mountain bike tours. In winter, the cross-country ski trail entrance is nearby. Due to the location at 800 m above sea level, it is relatively snow-proof. In case of snow, access directly to the house is not guaranteed. Depending on the road condition, parking is 500 m away.

Gasberg Mühle

Gasberg Mühle is located in Ostroh Poustka. The house features forest and water spring views and is about 800m from Seeberg Castle. The house has 4 bedrooms, equipped kitchen with a gas stovetop and 3 bathrooms. Towels and bed linens are provided. We have OFF Grid 10 kW Solar System and we use fuel generator to heat up boilers in the bathrooms when there is no much sun. The tourist tax 50 cents/adult person/night is to be paid upon arrival in cash please. BARREL SAUNA IS FOR THE EXTRA FEE.

Living in a Gründerzeit house: Unique, cozy & a bit more beautiful! The modern loft apartment is located in a beautiful Gründerzeit house in the Hof city center. Pedestrian zone and train station are each only a few minutes walk away. The loft has a kitchenette, a queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a free-standing bathtub as well as a floor-level shower. The ceiling spotlights can be adjusted in color to create an individually cozy ambiance for bathing.

Kleines Studio-Apartment Naturoase

Take a break and relax in this peaceful oasis. The studio is very well suited for short-term stays. It is very nicely located near the forest and is very suitable for hiking trips and recreation in nature. Bayreuth is about 30 minutes away and invites you to stroll or enjoy culture. The Luisenburgfestspiele are also very easy to reach in about 15 minutes. Unfortunately, please note that the studio only has a toilet; there is no shower or bathtub available.

2020 Tiny House as a vacation home or VAT shown.

Completed in 2020 and thus a dream of mine has come true. I personally experienced the trend of less is more - first having to and then seeing it as an opportunity. It has everything you need to live and a lovely garden. The well-being of my guests is my top priority. My testers, a student and a travel friend were all completely satisfied.
