The whiteloft is one of our top locations that we have been offering on Airb&b since Oct 22. The loft is about 130 square meters, ceiling height 5.5 meters 50% of the area is designed for wellness & living only. Bathtub, daybed, 2-person spiral shower and Real wood fireplace leave nothing to be desired. In summer, a 5 x 4 meter gate can be opened which makes the lower loft area a convertible. The large kitchenette and the block are suitable for events A wine refrigerator, 4 gas burners and a ceramic stovetop are included

Vacation rentals "Vacation on the Rhine" in Neuwied-Engers (near Koblenz and Andernach) on the romantic Rhine. The three apartments are located in a listed half-timbered house on the Rhine built in 1617. The house is located on the historic Rhine promenade in Neuwied-Engers and belongs to the listed ensemble of castle and master house (State Music Academy). In the historic cellar from 1370 you will find a wine shop; "Wein am Rhein." The house was completely renovated from 2014-2016.

You will feel comfortable in the apartment because everything is available and geared towards a pleasant stay. The city center can be reached in 10 minutes from the nearby bus stop. From there, walk to the Deutsches Eck, cable car and fortress. The fortress offers a lot - like a breathtaking view of Koblenz and more.

Our modern apartment has a very central location. In a few minutes you can reach the city center or shops serving everyday needs as well as the train station. The apartment has about 90m² of a kitchen, a dining area, a spacious living room as well as a bedroom and a bathroom with rain shower and freestanding bathtub. The garden invites you to sunbathe and relax. The fireplace is out of order, but it is nice and warm due to the underfloor heating.

The apartment has been completely rebuilt early 2023. It is located on the 3rd floor. You will find the old beam open, the historic floor restored. All historical materials have been restored and used in the apartment. The whole apartment is flooded with light and bright. The modern kitchen has a dishwasher, oven and induction stove. In the living room you will find a cozy corner with UHD TV. The sleeping area is elevated via a small staircase.

To the old garage: apartment with private garden

Welcome to Neuwied! 🌿 We (Lukas & Britta) have lovingly converted our former double garage into a modern, 80 m² apartment with its own garden, large terrace, separate entrance and parking space. Our accommodation is now one of the best-rated Airbnbs in the region – thanks to the central location between Koblenz and Bonn, the countless leisure opportunities right on the doorstep and the high level of comfort.

Very nice apartment with terrace

You will stay centrally located in the Mülheim district. In the immediate vicinity, you will find one of the best restaurants in the region, Restaurant Linde. Just 100 meters away is a small but nice bakery. A few steps further is a nice ice cream shop. In a few minutes by bike you can reach the Rhine with great bike paths towards Koblenz or Andernach.

Die 42qm große Wohnung liegt im 1.OG eines Dreifamilienhauses welches im Jahr 1914 erbaut und vor wenigen Jahren kernsaniert wurde. Hinweis: Die Wohnung ist für einen kurzfristigen Aufenthalt gedacht. Eine Anmeldung des Wohnsitzes ist leider nicht möglich, daher kann keine Wohnungsgeberbestätigung ausgestellt werden.
